Dreading yet another long, repetitive recording call wait, the time estimate was actually realistic. Sue Lakeland was incredibly helpful, first by addressing my initial concern and then arranging an appointment and follow up which avoided my having to wait or make a return visit. All this in an efficient and friendly manner which has immeasurably improved my impression from previous experiences.

Had a photography appointment at CHEC dermatology. Quick to get appointment through the app . everything explained during the appointment . I was in and out within 10 minutes . Absolutely amazed that this was done under the NHS . Looking at the previous reviews I was expecting a bad service but it was the opposite. Everyone was nice and professional. I have had to callCHEC several times because my initial prescription for a dermatology skin treatment for Bowmans disease kept being prescribed one box of 12 sachets at a time when I required 30 sachets to complete the course prescribed by the consultant . Every one I spoke to was friendly and helpful and helped sort this issue out on each occasion Grat customer service

My previous conversation with a man did not ring me back as he had said he would do u had to ring again and spoke to Diane who sorted me out and hopefully I will get a referral date through .
