It is frustrating when a doctor refuses to discuss more than one health concern and asks for a separate appointment even if other health issues are relating or similar. If allowing this short discussion, it will provide psychological reassurance to the patents, improve their confidence in the treatment of process and help doctor gain a better overall understanding of the patient's condition. This approach could save time for both the doctor and the patient by reducing the need for multiple appointments and enabling more efficient continuity of care.

I can't login, I get stuck in a loop. I try to login to Anima, it doesn't work and I'm told to use my NHS login. That doesn't work; I get told to use the passkey - I try the QR code, that doesn't work. Repeat ad infinitum.

The anima system is so much easier to get help for your condition, request appointments, ask for medication changes or administrative issues. I used to have to call back for days trying to get appointments but now I just explain my situation and it's reviewed by a doctor in my surgery and I either get an invitation for an appointment or a message to say that my medication has been sent to my chemist. It's a real game changer for the nhs GP surgeries.

For me It was quick and clear if you are IT literate and you get up early enough…. Very good system, but just wondering if you are an older person who is not IT literate…. Thinking of an 86 year old bachelor I know…

This application has a major defect. When using it one cannot switch between apps. Doing so results in all input data being lost and having to start again from the beginning. This problem needs to be addressed. Otherwise it is rather usless.

Easy way to book an appointment with GP.No need to tell receptionist health problems in front of others.

I like amina as it stops these surgeries getting over populated with non emergencies and the response was very quick and is always delt with speed.

For me at my age, really easy process. Had a call back from the GP surgery within 10 minutes of completing the form. I did speak to reception before as I wasn’t aware of the new process. I did ask how our older generation managed with the new process and was informed that they can still call and speak with reception who will deal with their queries. Simple process for those confident online and speedy response.

Kind helpful considerate staff who deal with the anima's i send due to chronic health issues. Couldn't wish for better. Theyre efficient, helpful & very responsive. Thanks for helping.
