A massive thank you to Mark at Charter-A and Chris and Billy our pilots .

We flew to the Netherlands so that our daughter could receive urgent medical treatment.

Mark was a complete star , he organised all the paperwork for immigration and essential travel during Covid 19 lockdown which allowed us to concentrate on our daughter.

Our journey was completely stress-free, Mark was available even out of hours and weekends. He constantly kept us updated and made us feel secure even in uncertain times. I think it has been the calmest I’ve ever felt about travelling especially during one of the most stressful times for us. I am so thankful to him and the excellent flight crew . They were so kind and thoughtful . On the return journey Billy had arranged for us to have breakfast on board , courtesy of Charter-A as we were flying so early and our son was taking A-levels later that day.

I would definitely recommend Charter-A to anyone , they were extremely professional, organised and efficient and would in deed love to celebrate my upcoming 50th with them in style :-)

From the Initial email enquiry to telephone contact took less than 20 minutes.
All communication was prompt, timely and helpful, even out of hours and at weekends.
Mark and Martin worked seamlessly to arrange our flight, bearing in mind it had to be organised within the 72 hour window of our Covid - 19 test being negative to allow entry into Madeira.
They manage the necessary immigration, security documents and checked the pet passport for Hugo our dog travelling as VIP🐾🐾
The Harrods aviation terminal served us very well and made the start of our journey stress free and most enjoyable. We were escorted to the plane and introduced to the captain and second officer.
Both were very engaging and professional throughout the flight.
Hugo spent the flight on either my knee or his own seat- no issues with cabin pressure and he also enjoyed the Harrods Ham sandwiches !
The bottle of Champagne was drank with special memories of a simply outstanding day and flight.
To arrive ‘home’ in less than 4 hours from leaving the U.K. was a superb experience and would recommend this little treat with no hesitation.

This really was a 5 Star result.
In the most difficult circumstances Mark and his team got us home to Mallorca and in real style.
With not the most clear Spanish regulations on General Aviation flights into Mallorca during the Covid-19 lockdown Mark never gave up and helped us negotiate all the hurdles to a successful trip home.
All the arrangements for the journey went like clockwork and everyone on the ground and in the air were friendly and efficient.

From the start we knew we were in capable hands and how true that turned out to be! Just incredible service from start to finish with Mark constantly updating us by phone and email even on a Sunday night confirming everything to the last detail. We wanted to repatriate our daughter to our home in France and had a small window in which to do this, Mark put his all in to making it happen with ease. Our daughter touched down a few hours ago and is still on a high, we are just delighted to have her back safe and sound with Marks tremendous attention to detail, a big thank you Mark!

Once again excellent service from Mark and Martin. With less than a days notice they arranged return travel from Germany for a family member who had recently undergone surgery. From the ground transportation in Germany through the flight experience to the ground handlers (Signature) in Cardiff everything was first class. I would highly recommend the services of Mark and Martin at Charter-a Ltd.

Cannot thank Mark and Martin at Charter-a.Ltd enough for handling our flight request with competence and compassion. A family member needed to fly from the UK to Germany for life saving cancer surgery at short notice. Mark immediately made all necessary arrangements for travel but these needed to be rearranged due to a change in hospital admission. This was done without any fuss. The communication between Mark/Martin and my family members was outstanding. We live in South Wales so a commercial flight would have entailed a three hour car journey to Heathrow let alone check in, flight time and transfers in Germany. In less than three hours my relative had left home and was in the hospital in Germany (very high standard ground transportation in Germany was also arranged by Mark). I highly recommended utilising Mark and Martin for any transportation needs you have.

We honestly cannot thank Mark and the Charter-A crew enough for all they have done for us. In very emotional circumstances, Mark was a sea of calm and steered us all through a repatriation from Russia during the Covid-19 crisis.

The service offered in every aspect by Charter-A was second to none. We felt as though our family members were looked after as their own, from start to finish. No question was too big or too small, and the advice we were given was practical, compassionate and effective.

Charter-A has serious attention to detail, and the flight and transfers went off without a hitch. Our boys were so happy to touch down in the UK and felt safe and secure. Mark managed the rescue from beginning to end and we couldn't recommend him highly enough.

I've been using Charter-A for over five years. They are way more than an aircraft charter company. They arrange everything, pay great attention to detail, and if necessary can pull things together at very short notice. On one occasion, a Sunday, the limo was at the door one hour after my call and the plane was waiting on the tarmac. Charter-A clearly has a very large network of aircraft and ancillary services to call on, together with a compendious working knowledge of airport set-ups. They're always highly professional but at the same time they feel almost part of the family.

Great service, myself and young family couldn't get home from Ibiza. One call to Charter A and and we were back home to following day! A+

Very professional outfit. Only wrinkle we had was the "weight" on our return leg, where we had to leave a suitcase and a couple of bags behind. Safety first, of course, but this eventuality could have been flagged as part of the experience.
Flight director was extremely proactive and efficient, liaising even with our holiday company on transfers which was above and beyond.
