A company that can adapt swiftly, shouldering the heavy lifting when it comes to a continuously changing and challenging situation (Brexit and Covid combined). My family and I are hugely grateful to the team for ensuring our new member of the family, Reme, a golden retriever, made it to her new home with the minimum of fuss and headaches for us. The team were fantastic at very short notice on th evening of December 30 they got the flight organized. It was a rush visit for a daughter to see her seriously ill mother. The team were caring compassionate and efficient.

Our 19 year old son, living and working for Ballet de capitol in Toulouse, France, during the past year, was all set to be home in Scotland for Xmas and NY, to spend this time with Mum and Dad, as all his stage performances had been cancelled. As flights started to be cancelled due to the new strain of COVID, it would seem this was not going to happen due to this horrible virus. Mum especially,was heartbroken and devastated. This was the icing on the cake to end a truly terrible year.
My last resort was to contact Charter-a. One hour after I contacted Mark and his magnificent team, an aircraft had been arranged to pick my son up from Toulouse and fly him back to Scotland in one of Mark's fantastic aircraft, the following day. Mark has made our Christmas dream come true.
Charter-a certainly were the heros here and without them we would not have had our boy home for Christmas, whom we had not seen for six months.
Mark and his team bent over backwards to solve our massive problem. They did it with compassion, expertise, professionalism, arranged everything down to the last tee and updated us every step of the way.
We are truly grateful to Charter-a and the way they handled things. I cannot recommend them highly enough and will now be using them as my no 1 charter jet company. Many, Many, Many thanks Mark and his team you were magnificent and made our Christmas !!!!!!

We had such an amazing experience with Charter-A and Mark, who pulled out all the stops to organise a VERY last minute trip to Cornwall for us and our little dog, Rosie! Our flight was first class. Everything ran seamlessly with Mark also arranging car transport to our destination to ensure we had a memorable day. Wonderfully arranged, we would not hesitate to fly with Mark and his team again.

This is the first time we flew privately and the organisation by Mark and the team was excellent. They even had dog treats on the aircraft for my dog which was such a lovely touch. I would definitely use Charter A again and recommend!

I have booked private jets with Charter A quite a few times now for a family I look after and I can honestly say the service from Mark and his team, including flight crew has been impeccable each time and quotes highly competitive!. Communication always excellent from start to finish with a personal touch which is rare these days. I would highly recommend.

Charter A arranged a couple of flights during very awkward times for clients of ours and in my clients own words after the first flight - 'Step 1 completed & in some style, thank you very much indeed.' All the extra Covid 19 admin was handled easily & expertly by Charter A without hiccups, again from client 'flight & whole process very smooth, thank you.' I need not add more.

Great Service - calm and efficient! Immigration problems arose because of Covid, but Martin was able to suggest a solution. Crash on the M5 made us late for the plan, but again all sorted with minimum fuss. Many thanks!

It was my first trip by private jet and Charter A made it a pleasure from start to finish. Martin answered all my questions pleasantly and patiently in advance and ensured that everything ran smoothly, the pilots were polite and friendly (and obviously, very good at flying planes) and the service at both LBA and Nice was slick and efficient. The circumstances were made slightly tricky for the staff by the continuing issues with COVID 19, but they made sure this did not impact negatively on my experience at all, while making every effort to minimise any risk. All in all it was wonderfully easy and stress-free way to transport my cats down to the South of France in style - and worth every penny.

I have travelled a lot over the past 30 years and my flight with Charter A was probably the easiest and least stressful Journey despite the Covid pandemic!

Charter-a provided an excellent service for me and my family to fly from Milan to Olbia in early June 2020. With the challenges of the emerging rules for travel as the lockdown eased, our dates changed several times, and Charter-a readily adapted to our needs, provided several very good plane options to select from and helped us with the additional travel requirements. On the day the aircraft was ready ahead of time (as unusually) we arrived early, and the pilots immediately agreed to fly then. The aircraft was very clean and comfortable and the flight smooth.
