I must say charter A made my wife’s 50th birthday the most amazing day she has ever had I thank you all so much it was totally amazing 😉

Martin at Charter A is always incredibly accommodating and responsive, when issues arise he will jump on them immediately and resolve. I would have no hesitation in recommending them!

Professional service all together and will be using them again

Mark and Martin were our main contacts at Charter-A and were very prompt and friendly to enable us to organise a last minute flight. The day went extremely smoothly, timings were spot on and the captain went above and beyond, organising taxis at the other end. We cannot fault the service they provide, and will definitely contact them as a first point of contact when booking travel in the future.

It was a great experience working with Mark at Charter A. He was extremely professional, kept us updated all the time on conversations and moved the project on quickly. The teal wrap of the helicopter was incredible and the experience as a whole was excellent and a very smooth process. It was a pleasure to work with him and thank you for work on this!

Charter-A's service was superb from the initial enquiry to the flight itself. Mark Zaiger was on hand to guide us through the process and implemented our booking and flight personally. On the day the flight, schedule was impeccable, a fantastic service throughout. Couldn't recommend Mark and his team enough!

Communication was excellent and turn round times very prompt. The planes and pilots were first class. All arrangements were easily made, everything happened on schedule and as planned. Martin was at all times very responsive. This excellent service enabled a trip to Scotland for my 95 and 92 year old in-laws to see their great grand children in Perthshire. I could not have asked for more and would unquestionably use the service again.

Well, what can I say?
From start to finish Mark at Charter-a made this experience seamless. Having never chartered a helicopter, to say I was a little wet behind the ears was an understatement. Mark was never too busy to answer my random questions and fears. On the day of the journey everything was perfect, from the helicopter to Mike the pilot.
Do not hesitate to use Charter-a - I cannot recommend enough.

Amazing service and very efficient. If you are going to be late due to winds etc they will let you know in plenty of time! I would 100% recommend this company.

Charter A Were extremely professional.

Mark with whom I dealt with was an absolute gent.

He provided a Helicopter for myself to take off at High Wycome air field and to touch down at Luton airport so that I could propose to my now fiance who works at the airport!

All the communication required was undertaken by Charter A and the private air side at Luton ground staff at Signature.

As you can imagine It took a lot of planning and a lot of effort and Charter A exceeded my expectations.

I would highly recommend Charter A and wouldn't hesitate in using them in the future.

Mark at Charter-A helped pull the whole day together for celebrating my 50th birthday from booking the private jet, restaurant and car for the day. while touring Jersey. Flying from Farnborough was a true relaxing experience. The catering on board our jet was a nice surprise- great pastries in the morning and the deepest filled sandwiches we've ever tasting on our return journey plus huge platters of fresh fruits and berries. Plus of course champagne and drinks. I can fully recommend Charter-A if you fancy putting together a unique experience.

This was the first time we had booked a chartered jet and I cannot fault the assistance and advice that I received from Charter-a. From the start of the process to the flight we were kept well informed and nothing was a problem for them. Should we have any more requirements for this type of flight again I will definitely be contacting them to use their services.
