I was just about to order some fleece gloves from them. They promised warmth and the ability to touch your cellphone for only $9.99. Glad I stopped here first. Sorry, "Cedar and Ash" (really trendy American-sounding name reminiscent of L. L. Bean), you ain't getting my money!

Scam. Product was poor quality, and mysterious $29.99 charge appeared on credit card from similar sounding company (ash & hollow). Beware

Purchased kitchen gadget from Cedar and Ash in Nov 25. In Dec and Jan was charged $29.99 from Ash and Hollow (same parent co) for "subscription". Disputing the charges. Stick with Amazon!

Silly me for not looking at reviews. I ordered kitchen utensils from a Facebook ad. I did receive the items quickly and they are exactly what I ordered. I thought I was happy until today when my bank alerted me to the $29.99USD subscription they were trying to charge. I had to cancel the card. Do not buy anything from them!

Unreliable , does not tell the truth about where products are coming from. no reliable on deliveries. fake tracking reports.

They signed me up for some monthly charge that I keep removing and they keep charging. I cant get through in the phones either. Horrible place.

Should have read the reviews first. Afraid to use the product in my car for fear of it messing with the electronics.

TI’m errible co. I only received half of my order Christmas decorations for 2 front door pots . Company website says satisfaction guarantee. I called # and they would not honor the guarantee although they admitted to not sending all ordered

Ordered 3 hair straightening combs. Received all but one was missing a charger. Not a big deal but then saw that there was a $52 NZD "subscription" charge from Ash & Hollows that I definitely did not sign up for or authorize. Wish I had read the reviews first. Would not have purchased from this company. A total scam.

I placed my order on 12/03/25 and had no idea Cedar and Ash was a mainland China company. As of 12/16/25 I still haven't received my order. Today 12/16, I saw a $29.99 pending charge on my credit card from a so called Ash and Hollows company. A quick google search confirmed that this is a fraud associated with the Cedar and Ash site. My card is now cancelled and I'm on hold waiting for a replacement card. If I ever receive my order, I'll be surprised if it isn't a cheap knockoff. Don't order from Cedar and Ash!

This, as others have said, is a total scam. I ordered 3 decorative urn/ pot fillers for Christmas. I waited for 6 weeks and saw they were being shipped from China- there were no further updates for over a month. Eventually I found that they were in he U.S. and 2 weeks later, they arrived. The boxes were very small and there were only 2 instead of 3. I opened one up and what I found was a very small, skimpy handful of fake greenery that looked NOTHING like the ad. I contacted the company and they admitted that there was a box missing and they offered either to refund or ship the 3rd item. I asked for a refund and of course I have received nothing. To add insult to injury, they attempted to charge me a “membership fee” of $29.99 that I never signed up for. Due to that my bank cancelled my debit card and reissued another one. I sent them a letter telling them that they were out of line and I would NOT deal with them again. Meanwhile they have twice attempted to charge me a “membership fee” under the name of Oak and Cedars. It was rejected again because they were using my cancelled card.

I wish I had read the reviews on Trustpilot before I fell for this absolute scam. I saw their Instagram ads for small, lighted holiday trees for your pots/urns. They looked amazingly full, well, lit and advertised as 18 inches high. I ordered 2 of them and paid for insurance for the shipment.

Little did I know, these items were being shipped from China (they advertise as a U.S. based company and their website shows an address in FLA). It took 2 weeks to receive JUST ONE of the "trees".

I wish I could attach.a photo of the one tree I received. It was less than 12 inches tall, made up of cheap materials, tiny plastic pinecones, and did not look anything like the ad on Insta.

I went online and found the address on Google (try it - their address is on the site). Hardly a company HQ.

Then, I called their customer services #. I asked for my money back and, as many reviews mention, the CS person told me she'd give me 50%. I was angry and demanded a full refund. She kept putting me on hold - I think she is not in the U.S. or was getting coaching from someone in the room. She even threw in "it says no refunds on the site, which it does not). Finally, after much pushing on my end, she said she would fully refund my purchase.

This is 100% a scam company.

Like so many previous buyers, I wish there was a zero-star option and a warning I could put out to anyone who has an urge to buy from them.

I will be reporting them to BBB, Shopify, Insta, and everywhere else. I'd hate to see them profit from their horrible business practices.

Fraudulent company.
Purchase goods which arrived but absolutely rubbish quality. Asked to refund and they said they would give me 20% of my money back. I said no I wanted to return and get full refund. Ignored me! Then tried to take €29.99 from my card at a later date. Had to cancel my card and get a new one. Complete scam. Do not buy from them!!!!!

I should have looked for reviews before purchasing pre-lit artificial Christmas decor advertised as large size but came maybe a quarter of the size & received 3 when I ordered 6. They offered me half of a refund & I found 2 months later I was inadvertently signed up for a monthly subscription to this website for $29.99 a month that they won’t refund.

Purchased their Electromagnetic Antifreeze Snow Removal device and the experience has been terrible.
Their website was extremely slow, and my order accidentally went through twice. I called immediately after receiving two confirmation emails, but couldn’t reach anyone. On top of that, the products don’t even work as advertised. Customer Svc doesn't care and is VERY slow to respond.

This is a complete scam. Buyer beware.

I ordered 2 mini Christmas trees with lights. I only received one which was significantly smaller and less full than pictured online. I reached out to customer service and at first they responded and acknowledged that I was missing some items. Now they have ghosted me. I have no way to return the item I did receive and no way to get a refund. I paid $47 for what looks like should be about $5.

Do not order from them. They'll take membership money out that you didn't authorize I had to cancel my credit card. I would never ever order from them
