Email communication has been fantastic, with the team providing very quick responses and guiding me through every step of the process in a clear way. Both the measuring up and the installation itself were both quick and easy, completed by a really friendly gentleman who also offered great advise and insights. All round a great experience dealing with this company.

Highly recommend Cat Out Of Glass. These guys were round to my house to measure the same day I enquired. Then booked in for fitting a few days later. Super efficient, fantastic job putting a flap in my composite door, looks very neat and both Sarah and CJ were super friendly and knowledgeable.

We promptly received a quote after sending our measurements. Within 2 weeks our door was measured, glass ordered and fitted. Cat Out Of Glass were nothing short of professional, prompt and polite. Brilliant service. Measuring guide was very easy to follow, payment was simple and glass was fitted in less than 20mins into PVC frame and looks great.

This is the only cat flap provider you should consider. Their service is excellent, the team very friendly, and the product is first-class. Our cat went missing not long after we ordered the flap, and Cat Out Of Glass were very generous to wait a few weeks before we went ahead with the installation. They're good people and the installation itself was perfectly smooth, done in about 20 minutes.
