Never thought I’d be saying this but I thoroughly enjoyed getting our cat flap installed! Exemplary service from start to finish, from booking with Sarah all the way through to measuring and installation by CJ, who is a really lovely person to have around. It’s a shame I don’t need more any cat flaps installing!

CJ and Sarah are a such a delight to deal with. The whole process was smooth, quick and easy. The quote was extremely reasonable and the level of knowledge and skill CJ has is fantastic. If you need a catflap put in glass do not go anywhere else!!

Our cat flap door required the glass removing and replacing with a custom piece of glass with the skeleton fitted until the bottom section of the door.

We had many questions and the lady who was in charge or responding to requests, Sarah, was very prompt and thorough in talking us through all of our options for the cat flap, the door and timings.

This was then backed up by CJ who fitted our cat flap - clearly an experienced professional and cat person himself, he was incredibly friendly and great at answering my intrigue in the process.

They also sell (at below RRP) and install microchip/WiFi with app pet flaps and are knowledgeable about getting them up and running and introducing your pet to them which was very helpful.

Highly recommend Cat Out of Glass, and can personally vouch that their pricing was the most competitive for what we needed (higher level of complexity) as we had four other quotes prior to selecting them.

What an outstanding company. Absolutely EVERYTHING was top-rate. Sarah in the office was lovely and communicated in a clear, friendly way at every step and CJ, who installed the flap, was a star. We have a large (and turns out quite non-standard) sliding door leading to the garden. We wanted a new catflap fitted into the glass.

Brilliant experience with Cat out of Glass. Responded to my request for a quote the same day, came to measure up a few days later and my cat flap was fitted 2 weeks later. Very reasonable pricing and a personable team to deal with. The flap itself involved the replacement of a very large double glazed piece of glass, and the quality of the replacement glass and fitting was just perfect. 10/10.

Fantastic service from start to finish. I submitted an enquiry and got a quick response from Sarah, I got al the information I needed from her and clear instructions were available on how to measure the window. We have double glazed upvc windows and I was unsure about getting a cat flap fitted. But the information Sarah gave and the information on their website was brilliant and totally reassured me. It took less than a week from sending in the measurements to CJ arriving with the new pre cut glass. He was amazing, fitted the new window and cat clap in less than half an hour!
