Amazing service from Sarah and CJ from start finish. Could not recommend them enough!

I cannot praise Sarah and CJ enough. Super quick responses. So professional and helpful with the endless questions I had. Guided me through and gave great advice. Within two weeks from my first enquiry the cat flap was installed. Absolutely perfect. I would recommend this company over and over. If there were 10 stars I would give them that!

CJ and Sarah run a fantastic company. I found them online and every step of the way was explained to me. Great communication! They are so organised, providing enormous detail of the whole process from the start - and what to expect. Sarah replied to every single one of my emails within less than 30 minutes. CJ came to measure up at my house and later to install. He is a really professional lovely guy. They are a brilliant team. Nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Wow, if only all service providers were of this high standard. My new cat flap looks amazing. CJ even cleaned the French window where the cat flap was installed. Way above and beyond! SUPERB!

We've been looking for someone to fit a cat flap in a double-glazed kitchen door for years and finally the perfect solution has come along and we couldn't be happier. What a pleasure to deal with came in, initialliy with the best price and by a long way. Sarah responded to any questions within an hour or so, often less. CJ explained everything in simple terms and was in and out within 20 mins like a cat flap ninja. Can't think of a way they could do anything better and would recommend to anyone.
