This company is one of the best I have used. The communication from Sarah was exemplary and CJ the fitter was polite, super fast and left absolutely no mess. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Highly professional and fantastic service.

It was great in every way:
1. they reply very quickly to e-mail queries
2. they're friendly and you know you're talking to a real person, not a droid
3. they're SOMEWHAT more expensive than others, but not significantly
4. they came in to check the size, came back within 2 weeks (this might vary depending on time of year, I think)
5. They removed old patio doors, installed new door, installed the flap, left.
6. Flap works, cat got used to it (it took about two weeks, with some training. i.e. treats)
7. We chose this company because of the positive reviews here, and we're as happy as others before us! :)

One of the best companies I have ever come across!
I was after an upgrade from a normal flap to a microchip one and needed a new piece of glass as the hole needed to be bigger to accommodate the new flap. I contacted many local glass companies and they were unable to do this.
I was after Georgian bars and a cat flap hole and I think this is what the problem was with local companies saying no or simply not getting back to me and I started to think it wouldn’t be possible - that was until I found and contacted Cat out of Glass.
Both Sarah and CJ have gone above and beyond and provided exactly what I wanted. Sarah couldn’t have been more helpful and her communication is fantastic. All emails received a quick reply that explained everything, even over the bank holiday weekend when I initially made contact.
CJ arrived as arranged, first to measure and secondly to fit the new glass and flap and this was all completed quickly, professionally and without hassle.
Rare to find a company that you cannot fault, a true credit to you both for creating such a wonderful company. I would recommend Cat out of Glass to anyone and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Very friendly company that made it so easy to get a cat flap installed in a double-glazed kitchen door. They offered to come and measure which was great even saying they could measure from the outside if they had access to the garden if I was out. What I really liked is that they emailed me lots of cat flap options as I had no idea where to start which was very helpful. I chose a stylish simple cat flap that looks great as I didn't need the microchip option as the garden is very quiet. The installation was fast and fuss-free. My cats love having the freedom to go in and out when they like. I'm very happy with the cat flap. Would highly recommend! Thanks

We were very pleased with the installation of our new cat flap. The fitter was cheerful and efficient. He engaged with us, asking about our cats. The cat flap was fitted quickly and looks great, complete with sealant around the frame, a detail we weren’t expecting. There was no residual mess. All in all, a thoroughly professional and excellent service from the initial quote, through pre-installation support, to the actual installation.
