Very unhappy, I had no idea there was going to be a $20 dollar monthly charge after signing up and making an account, and a setting an account up fee. Before I could do anything money was charged and stolen on my bank account. I’ve emailed with no real response and I’ve called only for an automated ai voice to lie and say I was getting a full refund. I’ve longed canceled my account and subscription to prevent them from charging me again and I still haven’t got my refund and it’s been way past the time they said it would come. What is going on?!

I didn’t know there was going to be a $20 charge monthly and I took money out of my bank before I could do anything. I already canceled the account and emailed and called for a refund and still nothing. I was told I would get my $20 refunded but I still haven’t and it’s been days.

Like many others you will not realize that they signed you up for a trial and will charge you $20 by the end of it!! I have contacted their number and their email to ask for a refund and I still have not gotten it. It has been 2 weeks since my initial inquiry to them. I am a college student with not enough money and they do this to me!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I did not authorize to be charged for this service. When I try to login on this organizations site, it tells me I don’t have an account. Yet, they have billed me $20 for their service. I have called twice to get this cancelled and get a refund but nothing has been done in the last 4 weeks. FRAUD!

I was informed of gotten a20 cash back when I ordered kfc i filled out the info it not only didnt give me the 20 it actually charged me money then told me I would need to complete tasks like upload receipts to get the 20 cash back. Very misleading it tok my last money i just lost my job too. I could just cry like how is this legal im going to dispute charges. Like how did all these other people actually get their money’s promised? Im now seeing that there was no actual cash back it was supposed to be an incentive to sign up for the subscription which I can’t believe how legally inaccurate the description was. Do better im disappointed im kfc for passing this misleading scam on me.

Bait and Switch thieves
I was buying something online. Up comes a popup saying I am due $20 cashback on my credit card. I fill it out and up comes another popup telling me I have to pay a $20 monthly fee for Cash back now membership. I close the window. 4 days later the fraud section of my credit card calls up. They charged me. I told them what happened a bait and switch which I did not authorize. I called these people up and AI answered. I told in uncertain terms that if they did not cancel and give me back my money there would be trouble. It was a secure transaction, and I use McAfee and VPN. I am set up with no popups.
I cant understand why an Israeli company wants to stel from us!

I was only allowed to upload 1 receipt per 48 hrs or so. Even looking, I couldn’t find this limitation written anywhere except when trying to upload the next receipt. And since I have no idea what will come back per receipt, I’d be paying 2 months subscription just to wait and see if any rebates actually worked.

We also understand that waiting 30 days for your initial cashback can feel like a long time. This review period allows us to verify the activity and make sure everything is in order before the funds become available.
