I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with Cashback Now. They charged my card without my authorization. When I contacted their customer service team, they promised to stop the billing and issue a full refund.
Unfortunately, they lied. Not only did they fail to refund my money, but they also kept charging my card anyway. I have tried reaching out to them multiple times since then to get this resolved, but they are now completely ignoring my messages and refusing to respond.
Be very careful giving this company your payment information. They have terrible business practices and unresponsive customer support. Avoid at all costs!

This is a scam! I thought I was getting a 20% coupon for micheals! Wound up with a $20 charge i canceled the account the next day . but they still charged me and now this month another charge. I called and you can only get AI. I called my bank to dispute this charge.

I was charged $20 every month for…
I was charged $20 every month for months for a service I did not knowingly intend to subscribe to. The charges continued from around March through August, and I only discovered them recently after my bank contacted me about the transactions.
I do not understand what service I received in exchange for these recurring $20 charges. The cashback promotion appears to have led to a recurring paid subscription that was not clear to me when I signed up. Had I understood that I would be charged $20 every month, I would never have agreed to it.
I have contacted my bank regarding these transactions and am disputing the charges. I also expect CashbackNow to cancel any subscription associated with my information and refund the charges.
Consumers should be extremely careful when entering their payment information for cashback offers and should carefully check whether they are agreeing to a recurring subscription.
This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I believe the recurring fee should have been made much clearer during signup.

I just got a message from my bank telling me that I was receiving automatic payments for something I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR. This is such a scam as many others have noted. Cancel my account NOW! I never gave information, I never would sign up for anything just for $20, and I have never even heard of this bs company until today. When I called the number I was refused to speak with anyone by some AI bot telling me I had to email. If you think I'm gonna give you any more information after this you're out of your mind!

I've seen the replies from the company on here. They don't care about you, just your money. It's a scam. Don't fall for it. I don't care what they reply or claim to have shown me. They clearly say that you will get $20 cash back and you don't. The subscription is not clearly stated and this company deserves to be shut down. What a horrible business.
