Case was cute but did not fit well so my phone kept popping out which led to scratch marks on top

I made a mistake when ordering and the wrong size case turned up, I contacted Dean at Casetful and he could not be more helpful, happily amended my order and sent out the correct one. Really excellent service. Will use again.

Got a case for my birthday. Pretty cover with cute initials on it but what a disaster!! It is so slippy that my phone just slides about and out of my pockets. Ended up completely damaging my screen and having to replace my whole phone. Will have to get a less aesthetically pleasing cover in future

It’s been 3 weeks and still haven’t got my cover! Meant to be 3-5 days delivery.

Edit to review: Response from Casetful says it all. I will stick with companies who have customer service work 9-5 but actually help (maybe the team needs some sleep?). The 'help' they describe in their reply (sharing tracking details) only came after I asked for them to cancel my order and called out the bad customer service.

Casetful’s tracking system said my phone case hadn’t shipped after several days, so i asked to cancel the order (needed a case sooner). The Customer service rep responded in a rude and patronizing way. When I repeated that I wanted to cancel my order and said I didn’t like his patronizing (and unhelpful) responses, he had the gall to reply that his customer service was good because he was replying late at night. Casetful: bad customer service delivered late at night is still bad customer service. You don’t get points for having a rude agent responding at 11pm.

I always order my phone cases from here now. I've had 3 from them so far. They have a huge range of designs and the quality is great. I'm quite a clumsy person and forever dropping my phone - the case provides protection and well as looking great! Delivery is quick as well! :)

This was the 2nd case I bought for my iPhone and very pleased with it. Great range of colourful cases and nice quality.

A few issues!
The first issue is that the part that the iPad itself is held in by, covers the camera so you can’t use case ID. I have to bend the flap back so it works which is a minor inconvenience. The second and most important issue is that you can’t charge your Apple Pencil due to the thickness of the case. It holds magnetically but doesn’t actually allow the pencil to charge so I have to remove the case to be able to charge/use my pen. My iPad is used daily for work so it’s incredibly frustrating having to take the iPad out of the case to charge the pen.
It's really disappointing as I love the design of the case itself, it's really well built and I love the cushioned front. But practicality just isn't there.
The team have since emailed me and are working with me to get to a place where both sides are happy.

Ordered a matte green case from Casetful as a birthday present. Firstly, took a lot longer to arrive than expected. Second, it was packaged in what appears to be a blue ziplock sandwich bag. Third, quality of item feels of cheap plastic, so disappointed and so much so that my wife doesn’t even want to put it on her phone. These are really cheap quality, turns out only the website looks good.
Also be warned, returns policy suggests they will be very happy to help but when you delve into small print their ‘get-out’ is that each case is ‘made to order’ and it’s only of something is broken that they entertain helping. Mine arrived with what looks like a burn mark underneath where one of the holes has been cut out.

I’ve emailed customer service for a refund based on item not being of satisfactory quality/defect/not as advertised-no response yet after two days passing…

Beautiful cases. I’ve had 4 from here now and all designs have been lovely! Fast shipping too!

Loved the designs and the fact you can personalise them and so ordered a matte finish case. Delivery took over the time specified with no explanation from the company as to why it took so long to dispatch the case. A couple of weeks later, I noticed a stress crack in the corner of the case (it had not been dropped). It has since slid off the sofa (less than 50cm drop onto a carpeted floor) and another corner of the case has completely broken off. Tried to contact Casetful about the issues but there has been no reply. So after less than six weeks, I am back to using my old case, VERY disappointed.
