Ordered a Disney printed case for a MacBook, the colours of the printing are dull and muted, and the case has been folded in half for cheaper delivery which has left a horrible crease in the case which now makes it look used.
Very disappointed as it is a gift.

Fast delivery, friendly staff, very accommodating. Case came exactly how it looked on pictures, I love it! I’ve recommended to a few of my friends, will definitely be buying again :)

Ordered a phone case, which was wonderful. Cannot fault the case in any way. The charger however is incredibly slow charging to the point my phone went down in down in battery when I was using it while on charge, id expect it to just stay the same amount of charged at the very least. The screen protector is the real issue... The first one came smashed, i thought oh well these things happen. I contacted customer service and they sent out another one, bearing in mind I didn't want or ask for another one. It also took a couple of weeks from being told it had been sent to actually getting the notification it had been shipped. The replacement came today and was absolutely shattered again.

TLDR; Good cases, ANY other accessory just get from elsewhere.

Their site says 7-10 working days for standard shipping, 5-7 express, but I came to find out later that 14 days is the typical international eta. Their site says 4.5 stars on Trustpilot (it's actually 4.1), pretty deceptive behaviour if you ask me. I did end up getting my case, though, and it looks nothing like what I ordered. It was supposed to have a black background with white webs. The webs were brown, and so was the background, and it had some weird greasy residue on it. Also, the shock absorbers were nothing like what they showed in the pictures.

Would be nice to have a warranty period of more than 2 weeks. Fell apart. Discount offered as gesture of goodwill. So shortsighted as I will not buy from this company again

Sadly im a little disappointed. The case i ordered is gorgeous but the initials on the case are not central and spoil the aesthetic. I reached out as soon as I received the case and was asked to send photos. This was last week but despite further emails gave received no response. I asked for a replacement case without the initials as per the 14 day guarantee but I've heard nothing 😢

Ordered a customer photo lunch bag and paid extra for next day delivery as i needed the product as a matter of urgency uploaded the picture i wanted on it but when the product arrived 2 days later it had the completely wrong picture on.
I sent a message to them at 10:22 the day the product arrived, 10:45 they replied asking for proof which i replied to within minutes and i have now not received a response, i am more upset as i paid the extra because i needed it and now i have a very upset child who hasn't received the product needed. I understand turnover time and the fact it is a business but to respond within 20 mins to then ignore me once I explained I needed it asap. i am still waiting for a response and now im left with no product i can use and im out of pocket

Designed a case for my mum and she loves it! I’m was so pleased with how easy it was to create, and happy with how it came out! High quality photo with a shiny gloss finish. Even had to option make it protective! Will buy from again thank you :)

It was very smooth experience from ordering till delivery of the products ordered. I have used it twice till date.

Happy with the case, nice material and design but the Google payment doesn't work because unlike Apple you have to pay from the middle of your phone on androids and also the screen protector i recieved was way smaller than what my phone requires

Personalisation is good. They need more variety in terms of phone models.
