Edit: Response to Casetful: No threats or verbal abuse were made. There is clearly just a difference of opinion on good business practices. This whole experience over a phone case has been exhausting. I will no longer be editing this post and future possible customers can chose to believe what they wish to from this review.

Ordered a case which initially took two weeks to arrive after their website stating delivery should take 2-4 working days. Received no dispatch email so had to reach out to ask if the case had been sent. When the case arrived the pattern had a pinkish tinge and did not represent the colours shown on their website. I reached out to customer service who said this must be a one-off printing error, but reading other reviews suggests this is not a one-off error. They said they would send a replacement case. Another week and a half passed and heard nothing so asked where the replacement case was. Initially no response. After then asking for a refund I got a reply telling me it must have been lost by their distributor. After asking for confirmation of the replacement dispatch to their distributor and saying that I would recommend others to not purchase from them I received a patronising response simply saying "Looks like you have a lot of time on your hands fella". Currently awaiting refund. Order number #65647

Delivery was in good time, quality is alright. It shows accurately what is shown on the page, however the fit for my iPhone 13 was a bit tight and can see slightly the top and bottom of the phone. I got the tough version and it does seem sturdy and protective as it’s quite thick. Also the design part of the case and the black edge come away from eachother, not sure if that’s on purpose but doesn’t show that the item is the best quality. For the price I’d say go with a more standard popular brand that you know you’re gunna get good quality from, I’d expect this from maybe a £10 case not a nearly £30 case

The case was bent in transit (very thin padded envelope packaging) and doesn't fit my phone well enough to offer any protection. Plus it's pretty flimsy. Reading the small print it states that this slim case is for appearance only but I was really disappointed with the quality. It looks cheap too. I've had to order an Apple silicone case instead. I don't usually do reviews but I think this company deserves more than the rating they have on here as it almost put me off! I recently bought a new phone and am fed up of spending £40-50 on a phone case or being made to think spending £80 to buy 2 and getting 2 free is a good deal!
Casetful seemed to be much more reasonable so I decided to try it out. It was delivered less than 4 days after ordering it, I love the design - it's just as pictured on the website and not faded anywhere and overall seems really good quality. I actually prefer it to several phone cases I've had from Burga before which I remember took more than 2 weeks to arrive. Very happy and would purchase from Casetful again.

Very overpriced case. The plastic is thin and a the design blurry. Also just realised that the company don’t offer refunds unless the product is damaged or faulty, so I’ve just wasted £20! I wish I’d read some of these reviews first.

Not great quality, I ordered 2 and the leopard print in one of them looks so cheap.

Probably cost like 2p to make so huge mark up.

I love Casetful! I have bought many cases over the past few years and their designs are always incredible. In fact it’s a struggle when I buy a few at a time because I can never decide which is my favourite. I have to rotate them! And for someone like clumsy me, they have the most incredible strong cases that have saved my phone from breaking countless times.
The delivery is always fast. Customer service is great. I recommend them to everyone. They may cost that bit more than I used to spend on a phone case but now I realise why that bit extra is absolutely worth it.

I reached out to Casetful after discovering they were using my copyrighted design without the appropriate license. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue amicably and offering a direct settlement due to their situation of being misled by a third-party seller, Casetful refused to take responsibility for the violation. They consistently shifted the blame onto the marketplace where the design was purchased, ignoring their own obligation to ensure they had the correct licensing for commercial use.

Instead of cooperating to resolve the matter, they declined all attempts to settle the issue directly and even implied that further legal actions on my part would result in counterclaims. It’s disappointing to see a company choose to avoid accountability rather than work towards a fair resolution.

I would not recommend doing business with Casetful if you value ethical practices and respect for intellectual property.

I purchased one of their “Tough” cases for my iPhone. I chose the tough option as I wanted the additional protection. I was happy with the design. However, after a few months of use I took off the case to clean the phone and discovered the back glass is totally smashed, I don’t even know how it happened. I am really disappointed the case didn’t protect the phone from this sort of damage as that’s the entire reason I bought it.

I’ve ordered a phone case and watch strap from casetful and been really happy with them both. Great quality and such cute style and colours too. Highly recommend this company on spending a fortune on other brands.

It’s okay but the colours don’t match the online photo, they are much darker. Just going to use for now as not worth fighting to get a refund (refund policy states has to be faulty to get a refund…)

I was so excited to receive this, but phone case is off centre at the top near the speaker. It also slightly lifts off my phone at the top. Not ideal for £16, which for me is quite a lot for a phone case! The print is nice though.

Terrible quality - images were pixelated and blurry and the what should have been a black case was a dull brown.

Also took longer to deliver than expected.

Purchased a phone case from Casetful and it is still just as perfect as when it arrived. I work outside in all elements so it was important for me to have a case that was both durable and could protect my phone and these cases do both!

I tend to drop my phone quite a lot but there has been no damage and the case itself doesn’t even have any marks or scratches on it. I also get so many compliments from people because they love the floral platters and vibrant colours of my case. I am definitely sticking with casetful for all my future phone case orders.

First time ordering and will be the last. What looked like a glossy tort-effect case on the website turned out to be a badly printed, blurry design with a matte finish and a weird pink tinge. Poor quality and looks rubbish. Delivery took a good while too. Quality lacking. Case is going in the bin and I’m off to purchase an alternative.

EDIT: in response to the reply below, my order number was 58173, order date 4/4/24. I opted not to contact customer service and to just order elsewhere.

Bought 2 phone cases on a deal which was cheaper than another website I was looking for, and so glad I did. Amazing quality and love both of them 👍 :)

The best cases I have ever bought!!!! I bought one of these cases back in 2020 and it lasted me for 3 years but I was due an upgrade so I instantly bought another case, if I wasn’t due an upgrade I would still be using the case. Good quality items and fast shipping. I recommend these cases to everyone that is needing one

Can’t comment on the quality of the case as over a week on I’m still waiting for it to be delivered. Very slow and frustrating, certainly wouldn’t use this company again.

Have ordered from casetful previously and was pleasantly impressed with their service. So had no qualms about ordering again. I ordered a boho iPhone case an matching Apple Watch strap. The problem was they sent the wrong size strap. I messaged them and they apologised and said no problem they would send me the correct size. Nothing arrived and when I checked my order said cancelled. So I got in touch and they apologised again and said they would investigate and refund me if there was an issue. Five weeks later and I have not heard anything from them and they are now ignoring my messages. No watch strap and £29.99 out of pocket.Upset and totally disgusted and disappointed!

I’ve had several phone cases from Casetful, as well as my watch strap and I’m always super impressed with their products. Really high quality and always beautiful!
