The roof bars fit my Volvo S90 well. Instructions fairly clear. The bars are fit for purpose. Delivery took longer than indicated but my purchase was not time critical.

Took, processed and delivered in time frame as promised.

Seems like a scam site. Ordered with express 1-2 day delivery- week later not delivered. Tried contacting the company several times for an order update, with zero response. Luckily I paid through PayPal, I had to raise the case and carracks did not respond to PayPal either so was fully refunded.

Roof bars were delivered within the week and are robust and easy to fit

Disappointed experience — currently resolving via card provider

I really wanted this to be a positive experience, but unfortunately it hasn’t worked out that way. After placing my order with Carracks.co.uk, I encountered several issues including communication delays and a lack of clarity regarding the status of my order. Despite multiple attempts to resolve things directly, the situation wasn’t able to be sorted to my satisfaction.

As I was unable to get the issue resolved through normal channels, I have now been left with no option but to begin a claim through my credit card provider to recover the payment. This is not the outcome I hoped for, and I’m disappointed that it has reached this stage.

I believe transparency, timely communication, and clear resolution options are really important in online purchases, and unfortunately my experience didn’t meet those expectations. I hope others may have a smoother process, and I also hope the company can improve these areas moving forward.

I’m disappointed not to have seen these reviews first. Given the website domain and an apparent London address, had expected order by now (ordered 07.11.25). Turns out company operates as Micks Garage / Crean solutions Eire. The delivery can never take the time implied and Royal Mail have notified me of a likely customs charge. The number on the Car racks website doesn’t connect. So I’m waiting far longer and paying more than listed price. I did get a response back wrt delivery with a tracking number but no explanation.

This could be seen as a bit deceptive TBH.

Don’t have roof bars in time and now will cost me more than elsewhere… assuming they arrive !

Roof bars / attachments appear as per order and arrived today. This was 11 days after I ordered as came from Ireland. Although Royal Mail emailed me to warn of a customs charge this appears to have been incorrect .

Have uprated from 2* to 3*

Apart from the delay with delivery I am very pleased with the roof rack. Fits perfectly easy to fit & a very good price. Would recommend.

I was really dubious about buying off the shelf roof rails which are supposed to fit. I was extremely happy when the rails arrived in good time, had easy instructions to install and they did actually fit perfectly. (2015 Jaguar XF). Great service, communication and product. Would definitely recommend! Thank you.

Car rack arrived in good time considering it was routed through Ireland -- another Brexit "benefit"!

Arrived in good order. Instructions were not overly difficult to follow. Package was in two parts; a generic bar assembly and a unique foot assembly specific to my car.

My only complaint is the bar end-caps are of unsatisfactory quality. Made of plastic, the interference fit is not great; they are easily pulled off when dragging loads off the side.

Good pricing and I got the right product - car roof rails can be quite confusing,
Delivery had some problems as the tracking showed the package took a week wandering round Ireland before making it to the UK.
The other thing to be aware of is that the payment and some of the communications comes from a company called "Mick's Garage"

Good choice of items. Ordered a roof rack after some deliberation. Item arrived eventually and was as described. Good quality and value. Delivery time was very slow. Shipped from Micks Garage in Ireland. Communications were lacking. No tracking number was given initially so had to chase my order through Micks Garage. They responded promptly and a tracking number was then provided. Overall ok experience but expect a much slower delivery item than what is quoted.

After my order I was extremely sceptical regarding my order. On reading other reviews I was concerned I wouldn't receive the item. However after one week the item was delivered and we are over the moon with the quality of the product.

I bought a set of Nordrive Silenzio Black Wing Roof Bars for my Hyundai Tucson.

Ordered on the Saturday, dispatched on the Monday and delivered on the Wednesday, painless.

They are extremely inefficient with communication and support. I realised I had made a mistake with my order after completing it, within 5 mins I submitted a return request. The next day they STILL sent me order with the postage costing £15, they then 20 mins after that tell me that I can return it. What a piss take, why wouldn't they check any message prior to the delivery, so annoying.
