Worked for me. Racks delivered as promised.

I have had a great experience with Car Racks, ordering was easy and the bike rack arrived quickly and in great condition. It was good value for money and would definitely head back to Car Racks for anything I additional need to do with my bike rack.

Great price, great communication and great product. Whats to complain about?! Would happily order from again!

I’ve tried to contact these people using their contact form to ask for some info about some roof bars on their site. First attempt was two months ago and the second was two weeks ago. They send a nice email straight away each time saying “We’ve got your message and will get back to you!” Then absolutely nothing.
It’s unhelpful, poor business and just plain rude. Sharpen up Car Racks and show some respect for your customers.

I was sceptical as to whether these roof racks would be any good due to the cheap price as I've used other brands before and they were 4 times the price of these so wasn't expecting much. How wrong could I have been!! I contacted customer service who were super helpful and even then thought this can't be this easy. Placed the order because it just seemed to good a price and I must say they fit perfectly! I can't praise this company enough. Outstanding service all round and a truly excellent product. Roof bars came very quick. All the parts were there. No complaints.

Product seems very good so far at a very competitive price. Delivery took a very long time with very little communication

The product was great value, and the comms from carracks was also very good and responsive particularly when the courier took longer than they should have done to deliver.

Roof bars are great value, delivery was a little delayed (but then it became apparent they were shipped from Ireland) really happy with the product and would buy again from them

My order for roof bars was replied to by Micks Garage in Ireland. No tracking number, just an email from a"no reply" address. Nothing further for 3 weeks. PayPal have refunded me at last, from yet another name "Crean Solutions"

After getting the Runaround from the Likes of Halfruads, and Various Ebay sellers, looking for roof bars for our Kia Rio (even the dealer did'nt have any listed !) I found Carracks.
They had the the roof bars that fitted, The photos were true to the product that arrived (unlike the Cheap Chinesium tat others wanted to see me !!).
From order to delivery took longer than expected (hence 4 stars only) weather this was a Stock issue or down to the courier I don't know.
They bars supplied are "Nordrive" brand, Very sturdy looking made from Aluminium and plastic, comprehensive assembly and install instructions supplied, Assembly and install took 2 hours using all the tools supplied in the kit.
Cost was a Little more than I expected but just unboxing the parts showed the reason in the quality,
Yes I would recommend this supplier and the Product.

Cannot get hold of anyone to discuss the late delivery, which seems to be stuck in Ireland. Delivery promised within a few days, I'm still awaiting information a week later. I have now cancelled my order, and I await my refund. I would not recommend and suggest you purchase elsewhere.

Delivery late and wouldn’t reply to my 3 emails, and still haven’t acknowledged them. Would never order from them again, borderline spam company.

Ordered 19th thinking it was coming from a UK base as website UK and address in London. Turns out it comes from Micks garage in Ireland. Except it hasn't arrived 06th and tracking shows it in Dublin. This is UK address is very misleading and the company has no phone number and no replies to emails. Can't review the product as I haven't got it and will have to buy elsewhere as I need it on 9th.

Ordered a paddleboard , it arrived a little behind the 2-3 days but not too late considering it was Christmas time so I expected delays. I had no update to track delivery from the delivery company but this isn’t something Car Racks can control. I did get an email saying it was going through customs and to expect a charge but I didn't get a charge and later found out this is an automatic email sent from the parcel company.

I ordered roof bars and few weeks ago and have still not received them, they dont have a contact number just an email address which you dont get a reply from and a tracking number that takes you to micks garage and shows my order hasn't moved since the 23rd December. Will now ask my bank to now get involved as I believe these guys are just a con!!! Please avoid!!!! And buy from somewhere else.

This company trades from City Road London, U.K. and has a Union Jack at the top of its .uk website.
Sounds British but actually is Mick’s Garage in Ireland. This means it’s shipped from Ireland/?Brexit paperwork and ?surcharge.
Definitely not possible to ship in 2-3 days, took 2 weeks and arrived after my due date to go away so had to go to Halfords and buy their roof bars.
This for a single use journey.
Very disappointed that there is no upfront honesty to allow a better customer choice.

Stay away from this company! Ordered roof bars on 9/12 via Carracks. Micksgarage sends an mail to say their delivery company, AN post, has delays. Took me a long search to find out who is doing what. I had to prompt to obtain a tracking number, which was not provided at purchase. Updates stop at 17/12 and restart few days later. On 24/12, using the the tracking number on AN post website, I read that the item was not picked up in time (by whom?) at an address in Fareham, England, and returned to sender! It was logged at 1:31Am. The same tracking number on Micksgarage website says delivery attempted, nothing else, logged at 1:31Am! Needless to say, I received no notice of delivery, No information at all, No package, no slip recording the visit. I wrote to Micksgarage, received another automated message. I have no idea where the roof bars are, when they'll come if they do, and no communication from Micksgarage, AN post or anyone else. Carracks/Micksgarage (who knows?), which 'omits' to say is placed in Europe but claims UK residence, proudly boasts 2-3 days delivery from dispatch. clearly not. Others here have said, be patient, it takes time but then everything in in the box. I think that receiving what you have paid for is not a great success is the bare minimum. But I want to be able to make a decision as informed as I need to be, had I ordered the bars from an actual UK based company I would have them here already. The website has misled on provenance and timing, the company is not replying other than automated messages and my bars which I ordered more than two weeks before my trip are nowhere in sight. This is a mess, and I am being generous.
