Oo leyendo los comentarios ya veo que no soy el unico , todos no podemos estar equivocado con esta empresa ,pero bueno tarde o temprano ya no podran vender mas ninguna pieza y asi nadie podra perder mas su dinero. El de garantia siempre te va a dar una excusa para evitarte , son los mas estafadores de este pais completo ,quisiera decir tantas cosas aqui por la molestia y el estres que esta compañia me ha dado , y al final no me han resuelto nada ,no se como personas pueden trabajar ahi y engañar a otras personas ,sabiendo lo que cuesta conseguir el dinero. Que falta de respeto hacia todas las personas que hemos sido engañados .

ACTULIZACION : No tengo tanto tiempo para estar escribiendo en diferentes usuarios como dicen y no soy mecanico ,ni se de mecanica para poder instalar una transmision. Yo se que peleando con ustedes y ustedes diciendo esas cosas que sabemos que no es verdad ,no solucionaremos nada, si ustedes como compañia que venden piezas estan espuestos a que si una pieza que venden esta dañada ,deben de solucionarlo , saben no estar diciendo una cosa y despues otra ,porque eso lo que llega es a la molestia del cliente , es mas facil ya solucionar el problema y ya todo queda en un mal rato , y todo el mundo contento, tambien se que las personas de atencion al cliente no tienen nada que ver ,pero aveces uno molesto dice cosas que no debe ,y bueno me disculpo con alguna si lo hice en un momento de molestia ,solo quiero que se solucione el problema y todo quedara atras ,mas nada que eso .

Warning: Scam Operation – Avoid at All Costs

This company is scamming customers. I regret ever dealing with them. The so-called "warranty" is completely useless – they will always find excuses to avoid honoring it. Don’t fall for it.

They sell rebuilt parts of terrible quality, and when they fail (which happens quickly), you're on your own. No support, no responsibility. I highly recommend spending a bit more and buying from an official dealer where you’ll get real parts, real service, and real warranty coverage.

Stay away unless you want to throw your money away.

Faulty transmission. Does not honor warranty.
We requested a core return back in April 2024 and received an email with confirmation from car planet with order number. No one came to pick up core in April 2024 even after filing the paperwork online and multiple follow up phone calls.
June 2025- called for warranty and was told that since the core was never returned, there is no warranty. Clearly it seems that this is a scam-like practice so warranties are not used/honored. We have all the paperwork documented that we have submitted the proper paperwork on time and have emailed that to their customer service multiple times.
Initial purchase transaction may be smooth but keep in mind that if you need to use warranty or have any concerns- you will not be helped!

They sent the wrong engine. I sent the picture of the 6 cylinder engine. When my van is a 4 cylinder. They don’t get back with me.

Service exelent, fast and simple

Great customer service. All my questions and concerns were answered. The order was delivered early and the mechanic was amazed at the pristeen condition of the engine. We are very pleased with the service we received.

Jay just took my order and it seems a bit too easy to get a transmission. He said they try and make it as eas as possible. MISSION ACCOMPLISHED! Hopefully.. the rest of my journey with CPP goes this smoothly.

I bought an Acura TL engine from this company. After close to 10,000miles, the engine still runs strong. I would highly recommend ordering an engine from this company. I also got a 5 year or 50,000 Mile warranty on my engine. This covers heads, pistons, cam,and the entire block itself. I'll buy again from this company.

Buy at your own risk and be prepared to lose your money and time as if playing the lottery. We received a bad transmission and have been trying to get a replacement for a month now. Still trying. We've given all info requested, called several times, emailed several times. No movement forward at all. Even offered to send it back for a refund.
