My company has been waiting nearly 6 months for a motor that was supposedly in stock. Despite paying over $3,000 more than the original quote to acquire the block from Ford, I am still unsatisfied with the service and delays."

182 days, still no motor paying a storage fee or $30 a day until the motor gets here $5400 dollars they do not care about.

I Could have gone with another company but I called them gave them the vin number they said they have the block in stock to a call the next day stated that it wasn't the correct engine, needed $1.5K to get the correct block out and then nothing but an enginge install kit was shipped.

Until I called, no one from their team mentioned that the motor block was unavailable. Imagine being told that the motor is on a national back order and still needs to be built, despite waiting over 90 days without any updates from your own company, while clients are waiting for their units to be returned. Every three days, you tell the customer they are still waiting for an engine after previously saying it was on its way days, weeks, and months ago.

Don was great and helped me go through the whole process of buying a used motor.

Car Part Planet sold me a damaged transmission. When I called them up to request a refund, I was told that they don't inspect the parts. The transmission that they sold to me had a missing or damaged "mechatronic" component. They did not issue me a refund. I repeat, do not do business with this company. I've been a digital marketer for 17+ years and I can tell you with full confidence that the 5-star reviews they have are fake. Notice how the 5-star reviews are so close together in dates. That's not natural.

And they stated that reviews from Trustpilot can't be fake. That's a lie, all it take for someone to create fake reviews is to create fake user accounts. It's that simple. And why would it be the responsibility of Motoro Cars 2 to install a "mechatronic" part when it your responsibilty to provide a transmission that has a functional "mechatronic" unit as it's known as the "brain" of the transmission.

This verifies my claim as to why your company is running a scam operation, because you don't properly vet or inspection the parts you sell. Even your rep told me that your company doesn't inspect or vet any of the parts that you sell.

Now in regards to buying fake reviews...all it takes is Google search with this search query to see the companies that sell fake Trustpilot reviews, "buy trustpilot reviews".

I really like how they do their research before processing and shipping your parts. I ordered the wrong transmission and they called me to let me know it will not fit my vehicle and gave me the option to order the correct one. By doing that extra step they just avoided wasted time and money and unnecessary hassle of a return.

We had a really good experience buying our new car with Hamit today.

The person was very nice and took care of me quickly.

this is not even my vehicle that i am posting this review about im a technician and im working on a friends vehicle so that should say alot
im tired of calling and talking to so many different people and nobody can give any answers they are trying so hard to not warranty a transmission when i already ran all the tests they ask me to do and also went ahead and took it to a well known transmission shop so now my buddy not only has been out of a truck for 4 months but the money he has spent trying to get their faulty transmission working he could have just bought a new one its like pulling teeth trying to get this covered under warranty trust me if we didnt have to call you guys we wouldnt but its just not right what you all are doing . if you read this please feel free to call me if you want to make this right

i purchased a 2017 chevy equinox engine from them, and it was reman. The engine overheated. They sent an inspector out. Inspector determined that the engine failure was due to an internal leak. Even after reviewing the case and everything. They denied my claim and want me to pay outta pocket! This explains their reviews of 4.1 stars!!!!!

THE BAD REVIEW THEY LEFT FOR OUR MECHANIC SHOP IS FRAUDLENT! THEY ARE TRYING TO DENY A CUSTOMER'S WARRANTY FOR A TRANSMISSION!!!! THEIR INVOICE LOOKS LIKE MADE ON PAINT APP. WE STOPPED THE PAYMENT BECAUSE THEY STILL HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE CUSTOMER'S ISSUE, ON TOP OF THAT THEY CURRENTLY DONT HAVE THE TRANSMISSION IN "STOCK" WHICH MAKES 0 SENSE!!!!! SO WHY SELL A $6K TRANSMISSION AND NOT HAVE A WAY AROUND TO ENSURING CUSTOMER IS ABLE TO DRIVE THEIR CAR? STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

It’s been a long strenuous process. I hope the process trends in the direction it seems to be going at the moment!!!!!

This is the second time I've ordered from this company. I love how easy it is and much easier it's become since my last order 2 years ago, for another vehicle of course. I like how I can pay in payment using Affirm, it's one of the best things about this site!!!

De lo peor le recomiendo saltarse el estrés de pasar por todo esto mandan una transmisión defectuosa entonces te dan la larga de una manera que se te pasa el plazo de devolución y después no se quieren hacer cargo ni de las reparaciones o mandarte otra. Mi novio y yo compramos una transmisión aquí después de a ver pagado al mecánico la instalación de esta resulta que esta defectuosa y hace ruidos. No se ya ni cuantas veces hemos llamado y llevado el carro al mecánico para colmo no se ponen ni de acuerdo. Hoy fue la gota que derramó el vaso porque llamo para que llamen al mecánico ya que habíamos quedado por 5ta vez de que volveríamos a llevar el carro para que ellos llamaran al mecánico y resulta que cuando llamo hoy que ya no podían abrir más el claim. Aparte mentirosos porque el Joseph de garantía había quedado con nosotros de que abriría el claim una vez más porque al final fue irresponsabilidad de ellos porque la semana que tuvimos el carro para que le hiciera el mecánico los chequeos qué ellos querían nunca llamaron y nos tuvimos que llevar el carro, ya las ocasiones que decidieron llamar de antemano sabían que el carro ya no estaba ahi. Lo que son estafadores venden piezas chatarras y no le hacen ningún chequeo.
