Too many after sale requirements in…
Too many after sale requirements in small print for core return and Warranty. These things should be done at time of sale. Appears they would like to negate a warranty by failure to comply with after sale requirements. Fine for someone who sits in an office all day but not so good for and extremely busy 1 person mobile service business.

Thank you for your feedback! The order was placed online for a remanufactured transmission. When you placed the order, the choice was made to waive the core charge for 30 days.
We clearly show what the Core charge is and you chose the option to waive it for 30 days. Any company that sells remanufactured transmissions require the core to be returned.
There is nothing in the warranty terms that negate the warranty except for improper installation, or failure to pay for the core or return it. We pick up the core at no additional cost you. If you need further assistance with clarification as to our store policies as well as warranty, we will gladly go over them with you. We didn't know that having a good working replacement transmission and allowing to waive the core charge for 30 days constitutes receiving a 1 star review. Thank you for taking the time to leave us this review considering you have such a busy schedule.

HORRIBLE customer service
HORRIBLE customer service! Sent wrong engine, it was tagged as the correct one but the engine didn’t match the tag. This is a 100% error on their part. They picked it up the wrong engine then proceeded to tell us several times over a weeks time that the correct one would be sent. After being lied to for a week we find out that they don’t even have the right one wasting time that we could have purchased another. Now they won’t refund the purchase price. We don’t have anything in our possession and yet they have kept every dime we paid. We have called over 25 times trying to resolve and if you talk to someone you get the runaround and they NEVER call back. Have wasted over a month trying to resolve this issue.
Now you say it was the engine we ordered. It was NOT the engine we ordered; you sent a 2013 N54 engine, and we have proof. The refund was only provided once I filed a dispute with the credit card company, not due to your service. You would never call back or email to give any information whatsoever.

The engine ordered was the exact engine we shipped. After further investigation it was deemed that your vehicle was a GT and a GT was NOT ordered. Nevertheless, we picked up the engine and it was checked in on May 1st. A FULL REFUND was issued on Friday and an email was sent to the email address on the order. Please check your email for a refund confirmation. Depending on your financial institution it may take up to 72 business hours for these funds to reflect back into your account.
Update: We sent out the correct engine as ordered. You have a Grand Torrismo which we do not have listed as a part offered. We refunded you in full. We have been in contact with the email we have on file and not with the email being used to write this review. Please check with the authorized email for this order.
