I received a message from CarMoney North West within just 7 minutes — incredibly quick!
I am profoundly deaf and use BSL, but Claire was very understanding, supportive, and amazed me with how easy she made the whole process. She helped me complete the application and documents, and everything was straightforward.
We communicated through WhatsApp, text messages, and email, which made things much easier and more accessible for me.

The company was absolutely amazing during the whole process of getting quotes, finding a deal that works me, and then putting the deal through. Claire was my point of contact throughout and she was absolutely brilliant, thank you so much! She even came to the dealership on the day I went up to buy the car, to ensure everything went through, I did everything correctly, and so that I could drive away on the same day without much delay. She helped to expedite everything as I was in a rush. Really happy with everything. Thank you Claire and thanks to Mel too for her support as well! Highly recommend.
