Very clear explanation of how the process works.
Initial introduction was very positive. It was explained very clearly how the process worked, which was important to me not doing this type of thing every day. Having described basically what type of service and parameters I needed, all the recommended companies that were introduced where the type I was looking for. Then it was up to me to decide. I had good support from Touch Financial all the way through the process.

Touch Financial advised me re finding a new invoice factoring provider. They found one, but kept looking and then found an even more suitable one for me, which I have now joined. They kept in touch constantly to make sure the transition process was going well for me.

Very personable experience
I had some reservations about going down the factoring route due to a previous bad experience with another company. I asked all my questions and everything I needed to know was explained to me, nothing was hidden. I took a few days to think things over I wasn't pestered with phone calls I was left to come to my own decision. Once I had decided to go ahead it was a very easy process to complete.
Neil was very forthcoming with information regarding the offers I had received and talked me through the jargon so I fully understood which in turn helped me when I spoke to the company that I chose to work with.
