Cara is a highly knowledgeable, enthusiastic person who provides an invaluable service to the SEND community. She is able to connect you with other friendly professionals who will also provide customised advice and detailed written summaries with no pressure or obligation to take it further. I could not recommend her highly enough. I believe that every SEN parent would benefit from contact with this wonderful organisation.

After watching the Send Protect webinar on financial planning for SEND families I submitted a request for a free chat with an expert about our specific needs. Michael called us at an agreed time and spent nearly 2 hours going through all our questions and giving us a solid plan for moving forward - as well as a lot to think about! We are so grateful for his time and still can't believe there are people out there who will give their time and expertise for free like this, we could never have afforded to pay for professional advice and would have just carried on burying our heads in the sand. Before hearing about SEND Protect we had no clue where to start when it came to the financial side of things related to our Autistic son, Albie. We found the discussions comprehensive, providing a general overview.
