I contacted CV people a little while ago after being let down by another service, therefore I was a little apprehensive at first. So when I was appointed Sophie to write and review my cv I had a lot of questions. Sophie never let me down, she was attentive and responded and I was delighted by the whole service from first call to the finished product.

Purvak did the great job of tidying up and re-doing my resume. I'm reentering the job market after a number of years and his help really has brought out the full potential of my profile. Thanks a lot for quick turnaround and very professional and diligent work

Having used a different company a few years ago, I’ve been genuinely impressed by the service provided by CV People / Career Experts. The portal is user-friendly, with clear guidance and consistent communication throughout the process.

What truly sets this service apart, however, is the person you work with. I was assigned Arran, who was fantastic from the outset—he quickly understood my professional background and the requirements of the roles I was targeting.

My cover letter was perfect on the first draft, needing no edits, while the CV and LinkedIn profile only required a couple of very minor tweaks, all of which were completed incredibly quickly.

I'm from Australia and i'm planning to make the move to London, so I decided to order a CV from this company. I was assigned Angelica M as my writer and she was excellent. She asked me a lot of good questions and was able to write up a great CV which I would never have been able to write up myself. She was also very fast which was great. 10/10 experience. Highly recommend if you need a CV that's tailored for the UK market.

I spoke to a brilliant team member who did a great job of selling what the writers could do. Unfortunately the call with the writer was the complete opposite. I spent 5 mins on the phone and he basically asked for some data. Didn't ask any additional questions etc.

I complained and asked for a refund as it was clear that they weren't going to enhance my CV at all and their Operations Director got in touch offering additional services etc. but I said no, just a refund please. They agreed, sent me the forms yet 45days later I am still waiting for the agreed refund! I held off writing a review as I thought they would make the refund.
UPDATE - Following a call the day I wrote the original review the MD contacted me to apologise and arranged a full refund.

Purvak was a big help with rewriting my CV, I sent him my version which he was able to turn into a much more professional CV than I could have done.

Adeel was really helpful and did a good job updating my CV and writing me a cover letter. The LinkedIn insights were also valuable.

One issue I did have was that I was told I would be given a writer from the UK, but was given a writer from a remote region. However, I am still pleased with the outcome and would recommend Adeel.

I was very slow to send my cv to a faceless entity on the internet, circumstances demanded that I did. Luckily it coincided with a month long discount offer. From there it couldn't have been easier, I was allocated Ashleigh C, who couldn't have been more approachable she is a great listener which showed on the final document and Imo a Wizz with phrasing. In the final doc I barely recognised myself. I feel very comfortable recommending Ashleigh C and the company if you need a new CV/Letter etc.
