From the first call I made to CV people to enquire about updating my CV to the finished product just an amazing service. I spoke with James Greenall initially on first contact ..sent in my CV and very quickly received the feedback on where I could make changes and how they could help me. Then I was assigned a writer and when Sophie H made contact with me we arranged a phone call to discuss my job history and expectations for the new CV ..i knew I was in safe hands the minute I spoke to Sophie ,she understood exactly what I was trying to achieve and from then I found the communication very clear untill the CV and Cover Letter were drafted..Sophie was great ...made the changes I was looking for..and has given me a CV im proud to send out to prospective employers.....Sophie H provided an incredibly professional Service with a real person touch .. id highly recommended CV People .So a big thank you to Sophie H and all at CV People..

I was then connected to a writer, Sarah, who was such a lovely lady and extremely professional. My CV, Cover letter and LinkedIn profile were reviewed and re written by Sarah, who after an hours call with me got it spot on. I had a minor amendment that was changed by Sarah. The whole process from my initial contact to receiving my completed documents was fantastic. I had a great experience with Arran. I found it a pleasure to work with him, and appreciated his insight and feedback when improving my CV.

Expensive but the reviews were good , took almost a month which was longer than expected . They actually did a good job in the end . Unfortunately the CV and the cover letter only works properly with word . I have tried creating PDFs via google and Libre office as I don't have word . Don't do this I have had two recent responses where one the parser on the recruitment website has made the document unreadable . The other the end customer tried printing my pretty file and it did not print properly . Please be aware of this as not everyone is going to give you feedback that they can't read the cv . If you don't have word , do not use the documents produced . I have discussed this with the source and they see no issue with having to use word
