It is a shame the per mile insurance will no longer be available as it was a brilliant idea !

Once I got to chat with Kelly, my issue was resolved very very quickly. I am very happy that I wasn't passed around from department to department, person to person.

Easy to use, but now their normal longer threr which is awful

Sorry to say I'm not very pleased at the moment, there is no way I have done 309 miles in november. Ever since I started with this insurance it has gone up quite a lot every month

Love the fact that I only pay for what I use. Really sad that this package won’t be available once it is taken over by another company as the package doesn’t apparently align with their new vision. Shame, as it’s a brilliant vision!

I have been with By Miles for years insuring my 2nd car which was deceased fathers. This is not run much and being a convertible is only used in good weather. Due to the bad weather it has not run for a while and the battery went flat. Very understanding company looking after my predicament. Excellent customer service.

They’re a great insurance company

The fact that us low mileage drivers could get a great deal ,now you are taking it away from us without offering a decent alternative or recommending an alternative company.

I have just received my renewal notice from ByMiles and will be accepting the invitation to renew accordingly. Not only is the cover very competitive but the level of cover is also excellent. Everything’s going ok at the moment. I’m a very low mileage user and “by miles” is fine for me. However, I’ve already been told they won’t be renewing for me next year as this scheme is coming to an end. End of.

Not only is the actual insurance a great idea and good value, if you have to leave for any reason support is great too, and fast in getting you any refund you may be owed plus your no claims certificate (without even having to ask).
