By Miles service is the best I have ever experienced. All customer service workers are replying to any quiries immediately, promptly. The price is also the best I have seen in my many years of driving.

Excellent Service

Bymiles has been a brilliant insurance provider for me for the last few years, excellent customer service and real value for money. Unfortunately they are closing down and being bought by a bigger firm which is really disappointing.
I’m gutted to have to change to a different company and sad because I won’t get the same great speedy service from a bigger company.
I have had quotes from their new company and they are really expensive.
I would definitely recommend bymiles if they were staying in business, but unfortunately they aren’t.

Great customer service from the ByMiles team especially Kelly who answered all my questions and provided even more invaluable information. It’s such a pity the service will be terminated and no longer provide great coverage at a very reasonable rate

My experience with Miles is great they keep you updated with everything and there is a number that you can ring if you want to speak to someone which is always handy.
