placed an order for part PHM 40FL10 703 on 04/24/2025 and paid an additional $38.70 for NDA (Next Day Air) shipping. The website showed the item was in stock, so I expected it to ship on Friday (04/25) and arrive no later than Monday (04/28) or Tuesday (04/29). It is now Tuesday (04/29), and I still have no part, no shipping confirmation, and no tracking number.

I’ve emailed twice, called twice, and used the online chat feature multiple times — and I’ve received no response. Every phone call goes to an automated message saying to leave a detailed voicemail, and they’ll get back to me — they haven’t. The website still shows no tracking or update on my order.

Frankly, it’s starting to feel like I’ve been scammed. I now understand why others in the reviews have said the same. At the very least, if you’re charging a premium for expedited shipping, communicate with your customers and provide a tracking number. Right now, all I have is a charge on my account and silence from your end.

If BuyParts.online wants to reach out to me, my order number is 39738.

I hope this gets someone’s attention, because so far, this has been a terrible experience.

**2nd update** Received an email response back with just a tracking number. According to the UPS tracking number the shipping label was just created today (04/29) at 1:45PM. Three days after I ordered the part for NDA delivery, the tracking label was created with an ETA for delivery of 05/01. Hopefully not everyone's shopping experience is like this. I'll change my rating to two stars since i did finally get an answer to my question.**

**3rd update** Tracking number was received 04/29, according to the provided tracking number, the package has not been picked up by the carrier. I have reached out to the email provided twice now, once yesterday (04/29) at 3:04 CST when they sent me the tracking number and again today, (04/30) at 2:42 PM CST. Have not received a response.**

Parts were delivered to wrong address. I filed a claim with UPS and they said they would contact you guys concerning the claim. Cannot reach anyone by phone or email at buyparts.online. I have tried many times. I would not recommend buying here.

This is a prime example of your customer service If you we interested in solving the problem you could have called or emailed me but instead call me a liar. The Order #37197. Purchase was through paypal which also linked the address. Worked hundereds of times before. I never said you erred, UPS is the responsible party and they admitted this. If I could have reached someone in customer service you would have known everything. You may screw me out of $130 but, it will save future buyers from your nonexistent customer service.

Permanently banned. Oh no, what will I do? Not like I’d ever visit your shabby site again for anything. Seems out of 336 reviews, close to 40% are negative. That’s no coincidence.

I ordered from them and the shipment never arrived. UPS said they needed to contact them and fix their paperwork. I emailed and called many many times and have not gotten a refund. Now it has been two months. Horrible company and no customer support. Do not buy from them. ORDER #34227 -

Do they just have no one that works there? I have been trying to get in contact for over a week. Sent multiple emails, made numerous phone calls with voice emails , even reach out through their online portal. No answer. Not to mention their live chat has done absolutely nothing for me. All I have is a yes or no question, and I haven’t been able to contact them a single time.

Update - this is not a fake review. How am I supposed to place an order when I can’t speak to someone about the question I have? This is the most conversation I have had with anyone in your company.

If I could give less than one star I would. This company sold me a fifth wheel assembly over 2 weeks ago and never shipped. I tried to call them after it was going to be here and no one would answer the phone or return my voicemails. No one answered when I tried online chat either. I finally got in touch with someone via email but they seemed very incompetent in their job. After going back and forth and email a couple of times they canceled my order and then proceeded to tell me it was my fault. I will not shop here again and I hope no one else does, they still have my money tied up through the bank.
Update: If I had a fraudulent payment then how did it come out of my bank account? This info was not disclosed by the support team. The cancellation I recieved said " for unforseen circumstances". This email was sent out only after I initiated contact with the seller. They claim to not have an email to contact me, but they did have my phone number. Further more the money still has not made it back to my bank account.

I ordered part on 3/15/2025 received a text message saying order# 36432 was confirmed on that day have not received anything since I have called and emailed serval times no response either respond or return my money back please thank you. Replying to respond it has a tracking number for ups a label been created on 3/19 and it’s been the way ever since is the package going to be shipped out or not I paid for next day shipping on 3/15 it is now 3/21/25

Stay away from this firm. Running a very deceptive business from all the other comments and similar experiences. Ordered parts and they showed no movement so we cancelled the order. No responses o our calls or emails. Items showed up weeks after we cancelled the order and then was advised to return the items at our cost which we initially did not think was fair. After agreeing to send back and them issuing a full credit memo, we received a credit less $400 and now being told it was for shipping and handling. What goes around comes around and they can continue to steal with deceptive practices. Karma as they say.....

Worst experience Ever! Made an order and paid for fast delivery hoping to get it sooner after me reaching out to them couple times since in the tracker showed that it was still be preparing for shipment. My order got cancelled and now I’ll have to wait for my money back! So unprofessional!! Why even offer a three day delivery! “should be shipped and on its way. i just sent a message to our sourcing team to reach out to them to update the order. Thanks” That was sent to me Match 17th the next day I asked For a tracking number because the one I had showed otherwise. My Order number was 36422! The only reason I ordered for a three day delivery fee was because My husband couldn’t find the two part that he needs for his Semi truck here in our town or close to our town. The wait is up to a month or more, so that’s why we put our trust on ordering online! Never again!!

Just received message from company. BULLSHIT

Ordered part 2/11/25 even paid extra for faster shipping but still came in almost 2 weeks late. Now I’m trying to return the item but still no credit has been refunded to me. Even though item has been delivered to them over a week ago. Now I’m not getting any response. So i decided to come here since they’re more responsive here. Give me my refund or else im going to pursue with legal action.

Ordered were charged on my card on 1/3/25. Expected delivery on 1/16/25. After 2 weeks late I requested cancellation on 1/31/25. Your support team said will provide cancellation document and still not provided. Another 3 weeks later Until 2/21/25 item arrived. Of course I refused the ordered to be returned to sender. Item is now back in your company processed. Now you not willing to refund and steal my money? You have 3 days to refund my money or I will blast this all over the internet and my attorney will be send you a lawsuit.

Ordered an in stock item 5 days ago. Charge is still pending. Have been unable to get in contact with vendor by phone or chat and no response to my emails.

Ordered part and paid extra for 2 day shipping, now been 6 days finally got notification of shipped but won’t get til 14th, 11 days after the order when paid for 2 day shipping. Can not get this resolved via email just keep getting response in transit. Will not do business with this place again and do not recommend. This has nothing to do with the shipping company performance, we gave you money for two day shipping and you did not ship it that way obviously if we are not going to get it until the 14th. I payed extra $$ (3day priority shipping ) it has been over 8 days and I haven’t received the package yet. I contacted the customer service via email and they are rude and impolite and childish. Do yourself a favor pay extra money anywhere else but here.

This company is a joke. Most of the bad reviews are likely true. It seems they are quick to respond and try and defend these reviews, but try and call and see if anyone answers the phones or online chats. If you need parts quickly, order somewhere else. I ordered a part from them, only because it says in stock, but still have not received the part that I ordered. It has been 14 days today. I have already purchased the part from another company, received the part, and installed it on the truck while waiting on my order from Buyparts.online. And it is still not here. This is a real and accurate review of buyparts.online, regardless of any defending replies. If you order parts from buyparts.online, be prepared to wait. You will get it when you get it, if you get at all. It is a shame I have to give them 1 star to leave the review, otherwise it would be 0.

The Better Business Bureau needs to shut them down. They have one of the worst customer support people I have ever dealt with. I tried to cancel my order less than 30 minutes after placing it, and they claim it already shipped.

In response to your reply. I asked for my order to be cancelled before you actually created the label, and you told me it could not be cancelled it had already been shipped. When in all actuality as of right now UPS shows they do NOT have possession of package. But yet you can't cancel my order.

Ups still says package has not been picked up. 1800 eastern. So you stop with the lies. And admit that your business is substandard. Not all the bad reviews you get can be wrong.

I ordered a part for my tractor 2015 International ProStar confirmation number I4FRMNEIE on January 16 2025. ETA for this part was January 25, 2025. I have not been able to contact the customer service by phone or email. This was the plug replacement on the driverside. Was in stock, paid the Ground advantage and still nothing, no calls returned, no emails returned...I DO NOT ADVISE YOU TO WASTE YOUR TIME OR EFFORT BUYING FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY TAKE THE MONEY AND YOU NO LONGER HAVE A WAY TO CONTACT THEM.
