Once I was able to connect with someone, my issues were taken care of. The system needs better communication. The email links do not work. I had to manually look up Tavio on the internet and use the communication link offered there.
Julienne was very kind. She offered me several options regarding my request for a refund. Although, I chose not to keep the product, she was nice and professional. In the end, Juliene gave me a full refund and told me to keep the product so I did not have to worry about shipping.

Easy to order. Great customer service! Unfortunately I needed to return the product because I couldn't use it due to pregnancy and Juliene went above and beyond to help me get my refund. She was caring and understanding throughout the process.

I made an order for $149 February 18, 2026 and I am still waiting as of April 18, 2026 for this order. I have attempted to email twice but emails never seem to go through. I wonder if it's a bogus company. Tracking my order is in China somewhere. Can't seem to contact anyone about this.

I purchased this product and it says full refund in 30 days. Well I tried it, got hives the very next day. Sent a message about these results, asked for a refund (full) and of course have heard nothing. I would love to send a picture so people can see how bad it is. I had to go to a doctor today for steroids. DONOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

I am very disappointed. It took 16 days to receive my order. The contents were not what a requested (very tiny bottle of oil when the picture showed a large, fat bottle of oil). I sent it back the day after I received it and the sender refused it. I am requesting a refund of all monies spent on the original order. Looking forward to getting this resolved.

I’m out $169. Another scam. Very disappointed!
