Really excited to get the pieces I ordered. The first item came in, took a bit of time but that was expected due to shipping. However the second item has yet to arrive and sending multiple emails seeking status updates on the 2nd location's whereabouts have proved unhelpful. Customer service is yet to respond.

Commande passée le 15 juin, j’ai juste reçu une confirmation de paiement et depuis plus rien alors qu’il annoncent 2 à 5 jours de délai pour préparer l’expédition et que cela fait déjà 15 jours.
J’ai envoyé un mail à leur support mais après 5 jours je n’ai toujours aucune réponse de leur part.

The material is good and comfortable to wear on a casual day.

It was my error; I placed two orders for the same item. Upon realizing my mistake, 12 hours later, I immediately emailed to confirm the duplication and request a cancellation. I received an email response back within minutes, the duplicate ordered canceled, no problem, no issue, easy breezy.

I ordered four items from Kokoro: Wool harem pants, Juku harem pants, drop crotch harem pants and a graphic tee.
I'll start by saying that the drop croth pants are incredibly comfortable. Im pleased with the fit and quality.
All of the other items, not so much.
The graphic tee literally feels as if a sticker has been placed on the shirt. It's a material that crinkles and if I drag my finger across it I can feel the edge where it meets the fabric. I don't expect it to make it through the wash and for 56 Cdn dollars that's very disappointing.
The juku harem pants fit well but are an incredibly thin material. They may be nice for hot summer days but again, for 65 dollars I expected more. Same Goes for the wool pants. Although not as thin, if I saw them in a store at the price of 136 like kokoro is asking for them I would have walked away.
Overall the quality is extremely lacking. Save your money.

Tracker didn't update often enough, but otherwise package arrived in great condition.

it's been over a month and still haven't received the item. It was in the destination city on March 11th... and I still haven't received it (March 30th).

I really like the product! It took a while to arrive here in Brazil but it was worth the wait. I'll certainly buy more things from Kokoro.

Pants are very comfortable I enjoy them, maybe next time I'll get them in a smaller size I didn't realize how big large was going to be

Pretty satisfied overall with my purchase of 3 pants so far, the only thing is the small brown things on the strings of the pants came off completely after one wash.

I was basically just impatient and got reassured

Kokoro is very responsive. After placing my order I realized the size was incorrect, I emailed Customer service and Harrison responded in less than 24 hours politely and fixed my issue.

Bought 2 pair of pants from here. One was the wrong size because i didn’t check my order properly while the other had some minor defect. Asked for an exchange on both of them and they were very kind on helping me out.
