I have written this review just 9 days after leaving my first as a sign of appreiciation of simply excellent customer service. I made an error whilst stringing my crossbow (for the first time ever), this forced me to cut the stringing tool off. I contacted Bushcraftlab to explain what I'd done, due to my inexperience. They then sent me a replacement stringing tool via 48hr recorded delivery, completely free of charge. Superb.

Very fast shipping.

Ordered a jaguar 1 crossbow
Once ordered i sent them my proof of age and within 24 hours it was at my door opened it and set up and shot this morning amazing bit of kit for the price thank you.

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my order for crossbow paid by visa card. Following day my cancellation was accepted and I was fully refunded. Very professional.
Will use this company again.

I have bought 6 orders from bushcraftlab.co.uk and every order has been fantastic. One order a snow camo accelerator 410 had slightly chipping paint in a crack that was barely noticeable and bushcraft gave me a 10 pound refund thank you .

Bushcraftlab.co.uk have been fantastic on all my orders 3 crossbows. 1 set crossbow bolts.1 quiver. 1 set of compound bow arrows . No problems.

Will order more in the future regards steve k harlow essex.

It appears that this dreadful business trades under two names ,Bushcraftlab and springfield ..
When you buy goods ,they will not give refunds out??
They sold me a ex hex400 crossbow plus extras items
which i never used or damaged and return to them ..in excellent condition ?
So it appears they don't stand by the goods they selll to customers ,just driven by greed /profit
worse is they can't tell the truth or be honest.
They said they tired to contact me ,and they said i used the crossbow, they said they gave me a full refund etc etc
What they said is not true and they may treat loads of customers like this but sadly Im a CEO and being professional honest and helping customer for 39 yrs stands me and my team from the rest .ALL our reviews are great, why because we don't trade under 2 names we help customers and we have been providing services to alot of very big contracts throughout the uk.

I have worked in many platforms ,and trained with alot of the most experienced survival experts in uk /overseas ,and one thing we all share is honest clear advice !!!!!
so please read my review and others ,as they use google ,trustpilot to confuse you and mislead you.

One thing treat customers correctly and honestly and offer a full refund on all your goods,
telling lies about me and making things up is not good for your business sir.

good luck and i hope you improve your customer care policys ,as this has been the worse on line purchase for 40 yrs ..and perhaps you should treat all customers honestly in the future .CEO /director who spends alot of time hunting overseas .

Purchased a hex bit for my Leatherman and three days later I received a Email requesting Photo ID.
No explanation Only Verification of Photo ID before item will be dispatched.
I find this very unprofessional and frustrating when no mention of this before purchase and their Instructions for ID with no explanation or reason.
I'm so annoyed I will Cancel the order and shop elsewhere who value customers over themselves.
Update:Purchased(Not Bushcraft) a Leatherman Skeletool Knife yesterday without any fuss for ID photo and it was delivered today.

Absolutely brilliant company to purchase from, I went on their website and sent a question through the live chat and within 30 seconds Hayley replied with a answer, I placed my order straight away and within 48hrs my order was on my doorstep being delivered, excellent service and will 100% be ordering from these guys again.

PLS DO NOT USE THEM SENT A CROSSBOW BACK AFTER THE ROPE SNAPPED THEY REFUSED TO REFUND ME AFTER A RETURN SAYING I LOADED IT WRONG (BULL U CANT LOAD IT SNY OTHER WAY) and 2 THAT ITS NOT IN PACKAGING WHEN IT WAS (why would I send something back without packaging and if I caused it I wouldn’t of sent it back faulty china crap and even ruder staff currently reporting them)

Purchased from here twice so far, No issues whatsoever and arrived in stated time, Jaguar 1 is surprisingly well built for the price, May even order a spare.

I have just placed my first order. As I am new to this activity I did request a lot of help and advice to ensure I purchased the correct package to meet my needs for a long time.

I had a telephone conversation with Hayley. She listened carefully to what I was considering and give me great advice. Based on this and many emails answering all my questions, without any pressure to buy. I placed my order.

I have evey confidence that with Hayleys help I have made the best choice possible.

In addition to all the help and advice. They offer very competitive prices.

I would say a level of customer service you don't find very often nowadays.

This was a great outdoors kit specialist shop for Bushcraft/survival kit online, that I liked a lot. Sadly it seems they have announced in recent times weeks that they're having to close down. I managed to get a last order in for a few items luckily, right before they announced. Including a nice poncho and a WW2 reproduction SAS training manual. Some headovers/ balaclavas too. This was one of my favourite stores online I loved to occasionally order from. Will miss them, it is a loss to see them go. I guess this is the Cost of Living Crisis still kicking in and not only the High Street retailers are deeply affected. Knock on effects of the Pandemic times I suppose.

The site was easy to use looking through the side menu its list makes what you are looking for quick, The payment methods are vast again easy to pay for your items a tracking number is given ready for delivery.
I did unfortunately have to use after sales service which was again a fantastic service A quick picture of the broken item and they contacted me straight away sorted a returns slip repackaged it and poped up to the spar shop, Gareth sent the replacement out straight away as it was a birthday gift This company looks after its customers and I will be buying from Bushcraftlab again as I have gone through the full buying experience "BRILLIANT COMPANY"

Excellent customer service! Had to cancel my order for personal reasons and the customer service was fantastic even though the company wasn't making a sale or profit, I feel this company is 100% reliable and trustworthy and would totally recommend them

Highly recommended! Bushcraftlab saved our trip after a retailer with whom we had ordered hammocks for a vital trip failed to send them or to respond to messages and phone calls. The day before leaving, I was forced to search for an alternative and saw Bushcraftlab's 5* reviews. A quick call to Gareth, who told me that if I could order within 15 minutes he would upgrade to next day delivery and get the hammocks to me in time. He was as good as his word and within 24 hours we had our hammocks packed and were ready to go. So for me a very positive experience: full marks for customer service, great prices, very speedy dispatch and for helping me out. I would buy again without hesitation. Thank you!
