SCAM. All this company does is call in your order and charges you 10.00 or more dollars for the call. It’s a total surprise to some small business people that the company could use their business to scam people. Save your money. Call in your own order for a business that does not have a an app to order online.

$9.95 charge just to have them place a pickup order? I think not. A class action suit should be filed against this company. Now I have to cancel my debit card to keep this asshat from charging me every month!

A literal scam please dont use them they will just take your money and make it harder on these businesses

BEWARE. This is a scam. Charged my card every monthly for $9.00 yet I never knowingly used their services nor have I been to their website until I discovered they had been charging my card.

Im giving this site a 5* review for the work they put into this scam. So how it seems to work is, you 'pay' for your order but they only charge you $4.99 on the card/paypal....for them to literally call the restaurant and place a pickup. At the bottom of the site is a checkbox, its automatically clicked and agrees for you to pay 9.99/month for nothing. Literally, you gain nothing. Now, my mother was smart enough to read this and unclick it before being further scammed. I dont know if its worth changing your credit card number if you unclick the 9.99/month, we'll monitor it, but if youre reading this BEFORE placing an order....Dont....Most likely though, you got, got....

My debit card was charged 3 times for the same order. 1 was returned, I am still waiting for the 2nd. No one has contacted me back. I'm just out $25. Do NOT use this service.

OMG, it's the worst ever. What you see on the receipt is not what they will charge you. They will try to double charge you the service fee of $5, it does not include taxes. The menu prices are wrong, so you will end up paying $5-6 more on that as well. Their discount promo system doesn't work, they will charge the discount to your total and then subtract it. Fing crooks. And it's all their fault but they will not refund you the wrong price that they put on the menu etc. It took me two days of talking to their support to prove that the discount wasn't factored in. So they finally agreed that there was a mistake and promised to refund $2. Do NOT use them under any circumstances!!

Super sketchy company. They sign you up for a subscription without telling you, then never notify you of charges coming up. Clearly just trying to milk you for all they can before you realize you're on a subscription. Then, they will try to only refund you for the last month.

Beware of Scam! I ordered carry out using BringMeThat. On the way to restaurant, they texted to say there was a problem with the order. When I got to the restaurant, the owner said he has never heard of them and doesn’t accept online orders. My debit card has a pending charge from them...

They charged me $5.00 for nothing and it was a hidden charge. I ordered food from a restaurant for PICK UP then the restaurant cancelled the payment. Didnt even use their service and they refused to cancel the charge. SCAM

BringMeThat is a complete and total scam. I clicked on the restaurant site and didn't realize it is a 3rd party. They committed fraud and made unauthorized charges on my card. They texted me pretended my order was ready. When I got to the restaurant my food was not ready, I had to pay cash which was completely inconvenient, worse, the restaurant said I had never ordered and they had never heard of BringMeThat. They were furious about this fraudulent action. I tried repeatedly to call BringMeThat, they blocked my phone number. When I disputed the charge at my bank the charge was immediately refunded, clearly this is a known rip-off operation. Be sure to cancel your fake account and keep the confirmation of cancellation notice for your bank. Totally illegal bunch of misfits.

This is horrible I ordered a pizza they never brought it to me and they still have the $58 charge on my credit card and I can't seem to get it off!!!

Never used this service, but they are charging my card in a recurring charge. Trying to cancel and get a refund..

This place is charging my account and I have never used them.

Total scam. They charge you for placing the order (and, who knows? Maybe they steal your credit card info, as well). When you get to the restaurant, you have to pay the restaurant directly. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I googled local restaurants and got transferred to singleplotform.com and then to BringMeThat through a few "order online" clicks, and it is a total scam.
It took your credit card info and asked you to pay when pick up immediately afterwards. Not surprisingly, this con company did not do the job but charged me a "service fee".
The most malicious part is 1) people may not pay attention when it is promoted through google and 2) it preys on people who need to order food because they can't go out, don't have time to cook or don't have the technical vigilance to spot fraud. Making money out of people's vulnerability during this difficult time is pure repulsive and malicious at its worst display.

Most of the 5-star reviews are about the restaurants the reviewers ordered food from, not about this online ordering company! I have no doubt that there are numerous fantastic local restaurants around (including the one I tried to order food from using BMT), but please get around and order by phone or through some other more reliable online platform. BMT simply takes your money without doing the job.

What does “Bring me cos” mean? Is it like “cause” as in legal action? Because this company needs some legal actions against it.

I fell for this fake company. Payed them with PayPal and hoped to get some great local Chinese food for pick up, but it never happened.

I got billed and never received any food. I contacted the restaurant and they said they don’t partner with this company and it was fake.

In short, this company is somehow swindling using fake online food ordering and google and PayPal are allowing it.

PayPal returned my money but it took 2 weeks.

THE WORST. Tried to order from a small local place. First my order was messed up--I ordered cheese enchiladas not dry chicken. Second I had to pay again there after I paid on their worthless app, because their app apparently doesn't work. Third, and worst? They charged me 30% of the food total JUST FOR TAKING THE ORDER. I PICKED IT UP. NO DELIVERY!! 5.00 service fee on a 15 order??? Total rip-off. I want my money back
