Although no platform is free, unlike other delivery platforms who clearly state their charges and options --this company is not transparent and borders on fraud wit their practice of asking for your email and a password. You believe you are setting this up to have access to the pace of delivery of for problems with order --instead there is a hidden fee. I was charged an extra $9.95 on my Discover Card for order number R067561862 (Referral Code 147376). It appears that a box was pre-checked to authorize the charge during the order process. Can you please refund the $9.95? Can you also please reset your order page to allow the customer to select this option as opposed to forcing the option as if it is part of the order and delivery charges?

The restaurant notified me that they could not pickup payment from the app and requested a refund for the entire charge. I had to make payment in store when I picked up my order. It was this notification from the restaurant that made me check the order again and noticed I was automatically set up for a “premium membership”. This action almost appears as if it is fraudulent at worse and lacks transparency at best.

Never signed up for a subscription and they keep hitting my debit card. I canceled the card and got a new one.

I was charged for an order to a local restaurant, when picking up our takeout, we told them it was already paid, and they said no it wasn't. I paid 63.72 to Bringmethat, and another 67.00 at the restaurant. Contacted the credit card company to do a dispute (as soon as it posts to the account we will be filing one). Do not even open their website, no matter if the restaurant name is associated with it, they are rip off artists.

I used "Bring Me That" services to order from a local bar and grill. Once I'd arrived at the bar and grill, they had my order ready and asked me to pay the full price of the order, of which I'd paid through the "Bring Me That" app, along with an additional $5. I showed the restaurant my receipt, but they would not concede. According to one of the restaurant employees, someone had called in the order, but the establishment hadn't used "Bring Me That" services in over a year. They encouraged me to dispute it with the company and/or my bank. I encouraged them to look into their website. I've since sent two messages to "Bring Me That" with no response, so I contacted my bank which was a big "whattado." They tell me I can expect my money back within 5-10 business days. My meal purchase was just over $50, so I essentially spent just over $100 on my dinner, which was not that tasty I might add. So, now I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth in regards to "Bring Me That," and the bar and grill. Please shut this business down. Thank you.

This is a scam & I have tried calling now several times as was charged a fee & didn’t order anything thru them this time. Need to get the Attorney General in Oklahoma to go after these people. The mailbox is always full.🤬🤬🤬🤬

Total scam. They trick you into believing you are ordering from the restaurant and then after you order, they call in the same order and try to charge yoy 40% more. Call your credit card company for a refund of the theft amount which is the 40% charge.

COMPLETE FRAUD. IF YOU USE THIS "SERVICE" UNAUTHORIZED CHARGES WILL APPEAR ON YOUR ACCOUNT.

Just got scammed by them, I called the restaurant I ordered from the owner told me that they don't do online ordering and someone called pretending to be me. They charged me $4.99 to pretend to be me

This is a total scam. I imagine the positive reviews are fake as well. I thought I was ordering from an online restaurant directly. I ordered $21 worth of food and was charged $9.95 by bringmethat. All of this was for a PICK-UP order. Totally ripped off.

A little pricey and took longer than expected. But I received what I ordered in perfect condition. They are the only place I could find the products I was looking for so it was worth it.

I don't know when in the process the $5 "Service Charge" was added to my order, but it was not part of checkout, and I was picking up my own order.
I am not normally charged for phoning in my order and picking it up - will not be using this restaurant's website to order again.

I am getting charged and I didn’t signup for this. They got my credit card number somehow. Had to go on the internet to find out what Bring Me That was.

This site is a SCAM! Do not use this delivery service. We thought we were ordering pizza through Manatees Pizza. There menu even came up tp order but instead it was BRING ME THAT. First they over charged then we canceled the order but they still charged my card and never delivered the pizza.

Please please please do not waste your time here. This "delivery service" is one big scam and I feel ashamed that I fell for it. It is supposed to be delivery but they charge you for picking up your own order. The prices are lower on the site than on the actual menu and because of that the order is always messed up because of the pricing. I had to go through contacting the restaurant and messaging with the representative who was not the most helpful. I want to warn others because this is one huge scam. Also look out for the 9.95 subscription they automatically try to sign you up for. Thankfully I saw that and unchecked the box but not everyone is that lucky. I honestly think there should be a lawsuit of some kind against this company. Stealing money from innocent people who just want food is disgusting. Take this warning and call the restaurant you want. It's been a very stressful night for me thanks to this "service" so please protect yourself and your loved ones.

It's a scam! They take your order, cancel it then charge you a fee!

Terrible and malicious first they auto subscribed me to premium for no reason extra 10 dollars. Then there payment was broken and they messed up my order I will never use this service again.

Intentionally misleading by combining their 4.99 service fee with the estimated taxes. Completely unhelpful customer service. Just call the restaurant and order directly.

I placed an order and the cost was $51.92 but later they changed by credit card charge to $72.79. I sent an email with all the details/cost of my order asking why the change. they over charged $20.87 with no explanation. 7 days later still no response. Do NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!!
