This is a total scam. Please do not order food from them. They charge 5 dollars for nothing. I dont want to give even one star.

It is a scam. I clicked on the restaurant site and didn't realize it is a 3rd party. They committed fraud and made unauthorized charges on my card. They called me pretending to be the restaurant and said there were price changes. When I got to the restaurant they said they never called, don't do business like that and were furious about this fraud. Totally illegal.

Total rip off. Subscription is what you get whether you want it or not....

Do not use this is a scam not only do they charge you 4.99 for they claiming that some restaurants have technology issues so that I have to pay when picking up food. After 40 minutes go to pick up food guess what no food. Be careful they will try to sign you up for a 9.99 service if you do not unclick. Scam company do not use

I ordered through this app thinking my food would be delivered. Nope, service fee for 5 bucks. Called to get rid of that charge because I was charged an additional fee to change my order to delivery. No fn help! Scam scam fn scam!!!! Just call in your order, they suck. They did not reimburse me my 5 dollar "service fee".

Don' use them and give them PayPal or Credit Card, total scam, they'll setup a monthly Automatic Payment, not cool.

DONT USE! THEY CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR CARD EVEN WHEN YOU DONT USE THEM. I used them for the first time on May 27. Since then they have charged my card again on June 6th and June 27th. There is no way to contact them to dispute. Have to call bank and cancel my credit card to get them to stop charging.

Ordered through their service and they had to refund me because the restaurant did not accept the payment. And furthermore the price on their website was wrong and the restaurant charges higher prices. When they refunded me, they still charge $5 for their service fee. Unscrupulous!

They are terrible. I used them one time on 6/10/21 to order lunch for my employees and they charged my card twice on 6/10/21 and again on 6/17/21.

DO NOT ORDER USING THEIR SERVICE! We are a small family owned restaurant and have never authorized this company to take orders from us. We have TONS of furious customers showing up to pick up their food that they have "already paid for". Meanwhile, we have never received any sort of order from this company, and have upset customers because they gave their money to some random company. We are losing business because of this. It is absolutely illegal.

I made an order in Ludington at House of Flavors paying with my credit card and automatically $9.95 was taken out of my account for the “bring me that” food order. This is now a monthly charge unless you cancel it! But no refunds for this order. I went in again to find out how this happened and when you elect to order online there is a small area on the bottom where it has marked that you agree to these charges. I did not agree to the charges because I never seen it! This company needs to unmark this and let people fill it in themselves if they wish to do so! This to me is a scam!!! Done ordering here!

worst experience ever.......... I got to the restaurant and not only did "Bring me that" not have authorization to be linked to the restaurant, but their prices that they use are completely wrong. It costs me double what I would have paid if I had just called the restaurant. There is no customer service. They stink. Please do not use these scammers.

They took my credit card and charged my account and didn’t place the order the restaurant did not know what I was talking about

We are a small family owned business and somehow they put an on line ordering link on our website. This was never authorized. I
talked with Giselle from Bring me that. So shady. I explained that they had a link on our mobile website even before giving her any information and she insisted they didn't. Then she asked for my website address. Never asked for my name. She kept trying to tell me when people go on their website and put their information in our location will come up. I told her no you have a link on our website. Then she asked for my phone number, still never got my name. She said she will give my information to her supervisor and I will receive an email soon. I asked if she needed my email and she said I already gave it to her. I said no, I gave you my website address. So obviously they weren’t planning to email me anyway. I asked her what would the email resolve, she said it will remove us from their website I said you need to remove your link off of our website. During the whole conversation her phone kept going in and out, I was on a landline. Not once did she ask the name of our restaurant. Needless to say waste of time. 4 hours have passed and still no email. I had to contact our website host and will now have to redesign our website. We will take legal action against this company.

This is 100% a scam and the fact that Google supports this service is sickening. I was charged for an order that Bring Me That never even placed AND they tried to charge me $20 more than the initial order was for. This needs to be taken down. Don't use this service.

for business that have not signed up.go to your google account go to ordering anf from there you turn the button off for the bringmethat.it is a scam and they charged my customers 5.99 for pick up.We dont chage anything extra for pick up orders so its a rip off

SCAM! They billed me for an order that I canceled and said they refunded it but DID NOT. They are not legitimate! do NOT use them! TELL EVERYONE DONT USE THEM

They don't charge the correct price for the meals. They also charge your card for no reason. This is a predatory company who's attached on the internet as a delivery service.

Unreliable and unethical. They bill in error then use the time float between return of funds to show as sales. Its worse than unethical. Restaurant owners complain Bring Me That layers their delivery/ payment platform onto sites w/out permission. DO NOT USE you will regret it later.
