SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. Called and ordered from a local restaurant. Same day Bring Me That started using my credit card to charging monthly recurring charges. Had to cancel my credit charge.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!!! They took my money. Then when I asked for a refund they cancelled the pending charge. Then two weeks later, I get a call from a phone number that appears to be my bank. They spoofed my banks phone number and tried to act like I had a fraud charge pending on my account and they tried to get into my bank account. I hung up on the scammer and called my bank who confirmed it was a scam. I 100000% have reason to believe this all originated from BringMeThat.

I never heard of this company and I have never had food delivered by them or anyone. They somehow hacked my credit card. What a headache to have to contact the honest companies tied to my credit card.

As others have previously stated I didn't realize I was ordering through a "service". Restaurant said they had not been paid (had paid with credit card when order placed) so had to pay again. Was charged their "subscription" fee twice and then received bill on next card statement before realized it was a "subscription" Do NOT use this scam company.

Don't use this they charge you to call in your order and your order isn't even ready when you get there

Scam! This is a FRAUDULENT WEBSITE! They take your credit card information, add upcharges - then you pay the FULL AMOUNT a second time at the restaurant. TWICE the price!

BringMeThat.com called our restaurant to place an order on behalf of our customer. We do not take orders from third-parties (we mentioned that on our website very clearly), but they pretended to be the customer themselves so we prepared the foods. We take payment at the time of pickup, so we just hanged up. The customer visited our restaurant to pick up their order, but refused to pay to us saying they've already paid to BringMeThat.com. They showed us their phone with the order screen and the customer's claim seemed legit, but we never recognized the company and definitely didn't expect BringMeThat.com pays to us (they have very outdated menu too, so the price didn't much anyway either). We are a small restaurant which cannot just give away the foods without payment. The customer yelled at us, and eventually at other customers who tried to help settling the situation, so we asked them to leave without the foods. BringMeThat.com seems to have taken money from our customer and the foods we prepared had to go waste. Of course, the customer left a very harsh one-star review on review sites. We have requested BringMeThat.com to remove our business from their listing, but nothing happened so far (not even automated response). It's hard to believe this business still exists after all of these...

[Edit to Add] I used the Chat on their website and they responded to us quickly, and they seem to have removed our business from their listing. They literally said "All done! Is there anything else you need?", and to that, I responded "Is that all you say? Not even an apology?", then they ended the chat session.

Keep getting charges and can’t stop them from reoccurring can I contact authorities to stop this scam

Scam website as others said. Took my order and took my money, but didn't pay the restaurant. I had to pay at the restaurant too. Needs shutdown.

Don't trust this company. They're going to steal your money and place the order for you and you never get the food.

Wasn't that bad tbh.. I think a few people might overreact.. However their service does require some upgrades here and there then overall I was pretty satisfied how things turned out. Four stars for now.

I ordered through this company mistakenly, and the restaurant never received my order, but I was charged. Luckily I was able to stop the charge for the food, but some kind of service charge or something stuck. It was small so I didn't think about it again. Now I discovered that I've been charged a recurring charge of $9.95 since and including February. I should never have been charged anything in the first place but now I believe I am owed a refund of $49.75 and a ceasing of future charges.

0 stars this place is a scam do not use it they will continue to charge your card whenever they want it’s a scam since I used it I have so many charges that they keep charging my card it’s ridiculous do not use this site you’ve been warned

They even tried to charge me a month after I mistakenly used them in April. What a scam. The restaurant even told me I should never use them

I ordered through a restaurants website, BringMeThat was somehow what came up. I ordered and then called the restaurant - they didn’t receive my order, nor did they have any relationship with BringMeThat. I had to pay twice, I have emailed BringMeThat 6 times for a refund and have gotten nothing. Awful company, do not use!

Absolute scam! I was standing INSIDE of the restaurant while messaging with support. They kept insisting they were talking to the restaurant and to pick up my order.. as if I hadn’t explained to them multiple times that I’m at the restaurant and talking to the manager. The manager told us that these people scam constantly, they’ve even told them to take their restaurant off their site. I’ve filed against the website as it took a lot of money from me. Do not trust!!!!!!! Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

There was nothing I saw that stated there would be such fee for a pick up order. What was the $23.01 fee for? Never use this site!

Do not use!!!!! This company charged me 30$ over what the bill was supposed to be. And then they charged that same fee again. They say they respond quickly but I have yet to hear back from anyone. No phone number listed to actually talk to a person.

Fraud!!!! Watch out!
