A great company to deal with
This company is so easy to deal with. Easily accesible website for ordering whatever it is you need. Staff are amazingly friendly and very knowledgable of the products that they have for hire. Booking out and booking in was also very quick and easy. Not the 1st time that I have used them and it won't be the last.

Service was excellent
Service was excellent, but the overall dimensions listed for the small scaffolding tower were in fact the platform dimensions. The overall dimensions were greater than listed, and the tower would not therefore fit within the limited space that I had available

Helpful staff but flawed system
Ordered online, local store did not have extending ladder we needed so this was cancelled. The roof ladder we requested wasn't at the local branch so they sent a much bigger one without checking and it was in manageable for us. Access tower was delivered with two ladder sections for the base, this made erection and adjustments much more difficult. The hatch on one of the platforms had a broken hinge so we had to wait for a replacement. Staff at the branch were helpful but the system is flawed.

We always use this time disappointed
Always normal use these and have done many time a but this time was quiet disappointed. Hire for Tuesday to Friday to over allow in case to do the job.
It arrived at gone 3 pm on Tuesday and I was finish with it Thursday and got it collected Thursday I am sure I due some money back at least two days emailed them about this no response
