Excellent service received again, this was the 3rd pair of glasses I oredered from Glasses Direct.
Excellent price and service 10 out of 10.

After waiting for the delivery as age verification is needed, the APP froze at the time the delivery was upposed to take place, but the system still shoed that the deliver was running late but would be made today.
After a couple of hours I was informed by the APP that the driver was sorry to have missed me and the delivery would be made tomorrow!!!
This is not what I would be expecting from DPD...
At least the system should keep the customer updated correctly and give a truthful update.
Customers would understand if a truthful expalnation for the delay was given and if the system didn't freeze up once the delivery time is reached!

Easy to book, and easy to find the carpark.
Fast check in and on return pick up the key.
Will definitely use it again next time we fly from Gatwick airport.

I ordered two dresses size 14 and 16, I am normally a size 14 but even the size 16 was tight and would not fit, the material also felt cheap and not as described, when I asked to return the items I was told that that Curvedream UK is based in the USA and although they claim on their website that Online purchase made through curvedream.co.uk can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date, I would need to return the items to their USA warehouse at my own expense for a full refund and was offered a partial refund of 80% and to keep the dresses. This shows the quality of their merchandise if they can afford to give customers 80% refund without the merchandise returned!!

5 *****, the first order was cancelled due the frames been out of stock but the second pair arrived in double quick time.

The driver didn't follow instructions.
My safe place is the greenhouse, the parcel was left on the doorstep without even ringing the doorbell or knocking on the door.
The delivery message said left in the safe place front porch, I don't have a front porch.
This is not the first time this has happened

Not the best delivery by Yodel, the delivery was left by the front door without waiting to check that someone was in, and on the delivery note it said the delivery was left in the safe place "porch" which we don't have, and our safe place is the greenhouse.

Excellent delivery experience and the service provided by the Home Delivery Team ALI and ALLEN was first class, in fact the all purchasing experience was faultless and hopefully the new sofas will last a long time as the previous one has.

The Mama Toyz Folding Toddler Learning Tower, it's well made and easy to assemble, although it's on the expensive side even with the discount, considering the actual material.
Would help customers if the delivery company would use the trading name rather than EDPA when sending emails and text for the delivery info, as nowadays we receive somany spam notifications, by using the trading name it would help customers to easily know who the shipment is from.

I have had the PodPoint solo for 4 years now, PodPoint offer a great product, APP and have a great customer support team. An excellent company.
