I've been ordering from BB for years. The products are amazing for soaps and candle making. The fragrance oils are some of the best around.

One small product was missing from my order. After reaching out a leaving a message informing them, they had it out the door the next day on its way to me. So far, I've been pleased with most of their scents.

I was a bit disappointed to have been texted a discount code that was only good for 24 hours before even receiving my first order, though. I would have been more inclined to have used it AFTER receiving my first purchase. I'm not sure if their marketing does that intentionally or if I just happened to have been sent that right after placing my first order.

I've purchased several products from Brambleberry and am always satisfied with the products.

My order was carefully packed and received on date as promised. I love the quality of essential oils and necessary oils and butters.

I love Bramble berry as it’s a one stop shop for quality products.

Every fragrance oil I have purchased has been spot on and wonderful.
I need to learn to start buying bigger bottles as I go..especially on my favorite scents.
Some fragrances I can't find anywhere else so thank you Bramble Berry for having them

It took way too long for the order to be packaged and delivered. I expected to receive my product within 3-5 days of placing the order. My order was placed 4/7 but I did not receive my package until 4/15. I had to pay an additional $9.99 on top of what I originally paid for shipping to receive my package on the 15th instead of the 11th. I ordered from another supplier in the same state on the same day, paid the same amount for shipping and received my product on 4/10. Also, the website seems to have bugs which is frustrating.

Everything came in a timely fashion and exactly what I ordered!

I ordered lip balm instead of lip gloss. The lip balm is still in the package and unopened. It is still in the same condition I received it but you won’t let me return it and get the lip gloss I need. I will try to find another place that sells it. I prefer not to do business with that kind of policy. I can totally understand if the packages have been altered in some way and other stuff as well but these packages are sealed tightly and haven’t been touched. I am very disappointed.

Love that it's a base serum that is premixed

I have purchased from Bramble Berry several times for both soap and bar shampoo making. I have been happy with everything. I am a price shopper as well as quality, and they hit on both most of the time.

The scents "finally" arrived, that is what the 3 stars are for. That would be my only complaint is that shipping took much longer than other packages I get. The three fragrances I bought, smell fantastic though. Pineapple Cilantro, Lavender 40/42 and Hungraian Lavender! I have been trying to find a real lavender scent, non-perfumy and after 8 different tries, I found this one and feel the Lavender 40/42 is the best scented Lavender to date.

I received my package ontime, everything was carefully packed, and all of the products are of high quality . Can’t wait to begin using them in my soaps hoping that they will all behave well as expected .
