I am new to making soap, only about 1 year. I am 79 years old and have made my own laundry detergent for about 5 years.I thought I would try soap and I am so happy I did. I found one class on line, and I took 2 other classes. All 3 were cold method. So I thought I would be a little lazy and try Melt and Pour, and love the process. Bramble Berry videos are crazy informative. And when I started soap making I bought 3 books, Jan Berry and two of Anne-Marie Faiola's books. They were all so well written and gave me the confidence I needed to continue. So when you get old you need to feel you still have purpose in your life, and mine is to keep everyone I know and love clean and smelling great.....(you do know that all my grands think I am way cool!!)

One of the bottles leaked in transit. But they were wrapped beautifully and arrived quickly. Sent email upon arrival but never heard anything from the company.

UPDATE: I have been contacted and hopefully arrangements are in progress to replace the bottle. Thank you so much!

I live in Pennsylvania and every time I get an order it's packaged so well, I wish all places can get it this right.
Firstly, everything is packed in paper. No plastic used except in the tape to close the box. (Into the compost with tape and labels removed)
Secondly, with all that paper, it's padded better than if it was in bubble wrap. I have never gotten a broken bottle and it goes (according to tracking:) from UPS to a local USPS. We all know how shipping warehouses are.
Thirdly, taped lids. So taped with electrical tape, I sometimes cannot even remove it without using a box cutter to slice the tape. No leaks ever.
Also, I ordered ground shipping, and I received it in 10 days time.

I am in love with BB products and projects, please consider opening a warehouse on the eastern side of USA!
