Nice service. As a new soap maker….there are no directions on how to get the hard oils out of the container….do I heat the oils up?

Products were perfect but delivery took a long time receiving.
Everything was packaged very very well. The scents that I received smelled beautiful, the soap base was perfect. The only issue I had was how long it took to get here. I'm a first time soap maker and I was extremely disappointed how long it took for me to receive four items. And four items that really weren't that heavy. I'm not sure if I will order from brambleberry again because of the length of time it took to get to me.
