Jai commandé une bombe qui a mis un temps fou pour être livré.
Je la déconseille car le produit est inefficace, niveau parfum elle pu le seul point positif est l'aléo vera qui hydrate la peau.

AVOID! It's basically a scam. The product is rubbish and doesn't work. I asked about the 90 day no risk guarantee and they offered me a small partial refund which I grudgingly accepted but they never sent it and refused to answer any more of my emails. SCAMMERS!

Received 1 bottle instead of 2, product also not working. Complete scam.

HUGE SCAM. I ordered the product and tried to use both bottles but, nothing would come out of them. what little bit that did come out smelled horrible. DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely a joke. Do not fall for this nonsense, they avoided my request for a return ticket and refund. They actually put in a different order in my name, steer clear of this fraudulent company .

Scam. Does not work. Simple as that. Used an entire bottle for HALF of my leg. Not a single hair came off. Save your money just get an old school trimmer or Gillette Venus Razer and get it done.

Very simple. It does NOT work, starting off by it wouldn't even dispense from the container. Follow the instructions barely readable on the can, and apply it to zero results.
I would not recommend this product.

Une étoile est encore c'est beaucoup TROP ! en fait tout est vraiment faux ... Le produit est vraiment nul. Il est bien indiqué sur le site comme dans les descriptions des publicités que le produit est délatoire pour les zones intimes. Lorsque j'ai pris contact avec le SAV pour demander un remboursement suite a de très fortes irritations de "la zone pelvienne", ils m'ont répondu que leur produit n'était pas préconisé pour les zones intimes ! j'ai donc bien relut les conseils sur leur site et il est bien indiqué "noir sur blanc" que :
"elle est conçue pour être sûr même sur les zones les plus délicates" et dans les photos il y a un Kiwis sur lequel il est appliqué de la crème ... En plus il faut faire très attention car l'on est automatiquement abonné pour recevoir tous les mois une crème, du vol, car lorsque j'ai reçu un courriel de confirmation de ma (soit disant) commande, j'ai immédiatement demander son annulation... Je n'ai pas eu de message du SAV. 3 jours après je reçois un nouveau courriel qui me dit que m'a commande est en préparation et qu'ils s'excuse du retard... Je refais un courriel pour demander l'annulation et le remboursement... Pas de réponse ! et encore plus tard un nouveau courriel pour s'excuser du retard et me dire que la logistique fait tout pour envoyer rapidement le produit !!! je refais un message plus sec et j'ai une réponse que comme je suis abonné j'ai accepté la commande et qu'ils ne peuvent rien faire. J'ai demandé le remboursement et réponse : il faut envoyer le reste du produit (au moins 20%) a une adresse au Portugal et a mes frais ....
Je déconseille fortement a tous de passer commande d'un produit qui est irritant et surtout de commander à une entreprise qui ne respecte pas le client.
Cela n'est que mon avis et chacun peut ce faire le sien...

Terrible product delivery system, won't come out of their can. Have no idea if the actual product works as described. When contacted they said they would only give a refund if I paid to ship their product to Portugal.
No acountablity, for their terriblly designed product.

Discover card is very good about customer complaints. I don't ask for refunds often. They were provided "tracking" information from SP Botane, so they officially closed the inquiry. Seeing all these reviews I am going to reopen in with some of these reviews. This is not an accidental mis-ship, this is consistent fraud by this company

This is nothing but a scam. The product is at best a skin-irritator. By ordering 1 piece you are automatically signed up for a subscription.
