What n shit product and they reorder the shit for you without your authorization take your shit and put it in you shit

If I could rate it lower I would. The botane hair removal cream does not work. Period. I tried it 3 times, different areas of my body, with the same result. It simply doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money on a worthless product.

Apparently I have to leave at least one star. :( I let it sit on my chest for ten minutes. Not a hair was removed and I got chemical burns on my breast bone. I’m usually too cheap to throw something that I paid for, in the trash. This made the cut. Seriously disappointed

No, I have not reordered Botane and I have canceled my subscription.
Hair was not removed. I experienced painful burn on sensitive skin. Chemical small was stronger than I expected.
Returning the product for refund has been difficult and confusing.

When the first two bottles arrived, the pumps did not work. You replaced them and the product did not go on as expected. I spread the product over the area where I wanted the hair removed and it did not remove the hair. I have tried it twice, no different the second time around.

Simply put, this stuff doesn't work!
When I tried to get a refund for an unopened "auto ship", they told me to send it back with me paying shipping, to Argentina or somewhere where it probably doesn't even go.
I am very dissatisfied with the product. Also you can buy it at Walmart if you want to waste a little less money, for about 1/3 the cost.
These people are scammers! Don't fall for it like I did!!!

I would give no stars did work not one hair removed. Tried to contact to get money back crickets. Stay away from this scam product

Product is absolutely rubbish!! It’s just a foam and doesn’t remove any hair.

And they add subscription hidden when you order first, which is a robbery!!

Your product is worthless… doesn’t work at all. The only reason I “reordered” is because your scam got me and I didn’t cancel auto shipment in time.
People like you shouldn’t be allowed to be in business

Absolute SCAM - the product doesn't work at all and they overcharged me. When I brought up my experience and told them that they had never sent me the Anti-Regrowth Serum I had paid for and that I just wanted a refund for that, they just responded with a "so sorry, we will send that to you immediately". When I replied immediately and said I just wanted the refund, I was told sorry it's already in the shipping "process" so it couldn't be refunded. Then they sent me the removal cream instead, i made them aware as soon as I saw the email come over and they said whoops, no problem we will send both...nope. They are absolutely horrific to deal with. STAY AWAY

Another shining example of a site that hides its subscriptions until the second month, when they automatically bill you and send you something you never wanted. Added to that, the product just simply doesn't work.

This is a scam do not buy!!! its the same shitty off the shelf hair removal cream that smells awful adding to that it DOES NOT WORK! They scam you to have a monthly subscription and I immediately cancelled but they refused to stop the order and refund 2 minutes after the order was placed claiming that the order is already processed, they want to scam any amount of money of you before you realize the mistake you made by buying their shit product

I should be leaving 0 stars... product sucks. It left my skin red and what seemed like burnt. Red for 4 days. This is a scam and we should all get our money back.
