Avoid this company. My order never arrived, and despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received a refund. Customer service was unhelpful and failed to provide any satisfactory solution. Paying for a product that never turns up and then being ignored is completely unacceptable. Awful service from start to finish. I would not recommend Botane to anyone.

This is an absolutely aweful product.
I left the 'foam' on my sac for the maximum recommended time, also about as much as I could stand the burning sensation. 🔥
Then I proceeded to remove the product and hopefully the hair, but to my shock and dismay, every last hair was still there, intact and staring me in the face.
After persevering the burn of this stuff on my balls, there was absolutely no difference!
Apart from my skin being red and itchy.
What a total waste of time and money. I immediately threw all 3 bottles straight into the bin, where it belongs. Don't waste your money buying this fake product!

Don’t ever use their products. They don’t work. It’s pure scams, and a waste of money and time!

Product arrived damaged !! Scam

I am only leaving this review because I have left numerous messages with the company to stop their product and yet I keep getting deliveries every two weeks in a different package like they’re hiding something. I even have a message saying they would stop and other messages that say no subscription found but I will wait for this review to be evaluated and then I will decide whether to keep it or not if I get action and refunded all my money. I’m not saying the product is not good. It is just not good for me, but I will say a lot more. Should I not get this resolved Debbie Marino

Ze beloven van alles, maar als je mailt dat je wilt stoppen zeggen ze dat het gestopt is maar gaan gewoon door met afschrijven.
Uiteindelijk via de bank kunnen blokkeren.

No impact what so ever

I used the product according to the manual and even left it on for longer than recommended. I did not loose even one hair...

Avoid this merchant. What looked like a one-time purchase turned out to be a recurring subscription that proved impossible to cancel, resulting in six unauthorized charges totaling €230.16 over two months.

Three specific issues anyone considering this store should know:

1. CHARGES APPEAR UNDER TWO DIFFERENT NAMES. My credit card statement shows charges under both "AIRWALXHK*BOTANE LABS A" and "AIRWALXHK*DIKEFALOS LIM HONG KONG." Same merchant, two billing descriptors via Airwallex. This made it impossible to recognize the recurring pattern until I had been charged multiple times. If you are searching for either of these descriptors, this is where they come from.

2. CANCELLATION DOES NOT WORK. The "Manage Subscription" link on the website redirects to a login page on their cancellation subdomain that cannot be accessed. When their support team later directed me to a different cancellation page, that URL returned a 404 error. There is no functional self-service way to cancel.

3. WRITTEN CANCELLATION WAS NOT HONORED. After I emailed support, they confirmed in writing on 1 May that my subscription was "successfully canceled" and that refunds had been processed. No refund ever arrived, and I was charged twice more (€49.90 each) on 20 May and 26 May, with new order confirmations. The merchant attributed this to "a temporary issue on our subscription system."

I filed a chargeback with American Express, which has been accepted. The merchant is now blocked on my card.

If you have been charged by AIRWALXHK*BOTANE LABS A or AIRWALXHK*DIKEFALOS LIM and don't recognize it: this is the same store. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback. Do not rely on the merchant's own "cancellation" — it did not stop the charges in my case.

Scammers!! Charge your card again one week after making a purchase and tell you that you subscribed! Absolute thieves! Frauds! Liars! Don’t go anywhere near them!!

Had to cancel my credit card.

This is outrageous. They continued charging my credit card even though I never signed up for a subscription. No matter how many times I cancel or unsubscribe, the charges keep appearing. In my experience, this company’s practices are misleading and unacceptable.

Scam company. When you buy a product(single purchase) they somehow lock your creditcard for a subscription model. Already 6x charged my card and now it's under investigation with the creditcard company. Reply in mail from them they accidentally charged us and send back the money, but nothing happens. Criminal charges should be applied to these practices and made very public.

Much like others have mentioned, they create a subscription with your one-off purchase & continue charging your credit card twice a month. They should be shut down. Stay away

Only way this company could improve is to close down. Create a subscription when you create your first order. When I requested cancellation, this was confirmed by email then I received further orders. When queried again, response was that it was a subscription and they sent a cancellation link. Have since been charged for another order.
Now added to blocked list on card, and first Chargeback claim was successful.
Lesson learned - do not order from this company.

Horrible company that takes your credit card information then continually charges you claiming you signed up for a subscription. No matter how many times you cancel / unsubscribe, they just keep charging you. They have zero customer service support. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Can I give zero or negative stars. I used one time and was left with a horrible burn! I contacted the company and got an initial refund but then they started billing my card twice a month for more than the initial charge. I contacted them over 20 times and just got the runaround. I finally called my bank, reported the fraud and put a note on file to not let them charge anything further on my account! Ridiculous!! Run!!!

Beware of this company. They will keep charging you even after you cancelled your subscription!

This is a fraudulent company
It creates a platform on the likes of Facebook to entice customers to purchase their products but their sole purpose is to get your card details so that they can repeatedly charge your account and they do not respond to messages. I have had no alternative than to refer to my bank.
They need to be investigated and stopped.
They are stealing in plain sight with no consequence. Avoid
