I was VERY skeptical at first to mail my laptop for money. However, Bossmacs offered me a competitive price for my Macbook, so I took the chance.

I shipped the laptop and then about roughly 12 business days later he sent the payment. The terms and conditions said it would take 2-7 business days. When the payment didn't come initially in that window, I emailed and owner and he was very responsive each time and assured me there was just a delay.

This is a trustworthy company.

The value I was offered felt fair, and more importantly, they didn’t change it last minute. The packaging and pickup were arranged for me, and I was paid on time. Simple, honest service.

Selling my MacBook was easier than expected. I filled out the form, got a quote, sent it off, and the rest was handled for me. Communication was clear the whole way. Made the process feel low-stress.

The Speed of the delivery and Packaging was superb, well packaged with plenty or bubble wrap to stop any hard impacts, using UPS courier was an excellent choice to!

I bought a used MacBook Air through Bossmacs’s eBay page. The USB ports stopped working after 2 months and an examination of the device by Apple identified liquid damage as the culprit. Bossmacs refused my request for a refund and instead tried to take me down a repair route. They managed to wriggle out of the case I opened through eBay because I’d refused to send them the machine for repair, so I had no option but to settle for a machine without working USB ports.

I would strongly recommend against buying anything refurbished from this seller.

Although initially a bit hesitant to sell my Mac Studio on a third-party website, I was met with a lot of assurance from Bossmacs, who provided lots of information and support throughout the entire selling process.

I received a much better quote than what was offered to me by Apple's own trade-in, and there was minimal time between the date that Bossmacs arranged for the device to be collected by courier, and the date I received the full payment.

My payout was exactly the same as what was quoted originally, and this should always be the case for you as long as you provide an honest description of your device.

I highly recommend Bossmacs, and will be using them for any future Apple devices that I will sell.

Went to the usual CEX and others and the prices were terrible. Tried Boss Mac’s as their price was fair and a lot better than others. I was a bit weary of sending something so expensive off but they arrange a collection from UPS. They kept in contact and I was paid out in under a week. Definitely recommend. Thanks again :)

After deciding to sell my 16 inch MacBook Pro 2021 I looked at usual CEX and eBay and decided neither was giving me enough for such a quality laptop. I found Bossmacs who offered way in excess of CEX even on trade in so I pulled the trigger and sent it off to bossmacs . It wasn’t until I received my nice new shiny 2023 razor blade 15 inch and booted it up to find what a letdown the i7 13800h was man was it slow and the ssd I immediately regretted selling my MacBook that was instant at everything this was a £1500 windows laptop so why so slow ? It wasn’t for a windows machine but against a M1 Pro chip it simply can’t compete. I hurried to contact bossmacs who hadn’t received my laptop as was posted over a weekend (free of charge with UPS ) and asked if he could send the laptop straight back to me on arrival. I checked the website and was happy to pay the £25 to return the laptop. I was contacted very quickly and told they would send it back and waive the charge , it arrived back exactly as sent pristine . So happy with bossmacs and as I am now staying with apple I know where to get the best condition macs and the best service that’s Bossmacs !! Nice work 10/10
