I ordered at the start of September. They gave me a mid September delivery date. I have chased the order twice but have not had a satisfactory response

I ordered a special photo on 12 September for a funeral on the 29 September. The anticipated delivery date was the 25th. I called on the 24th to be told the photo wouldn’t be delivered as anticipated, it was printed and ready but was in Germany, or maybe Prague. Apparently there was a problem with machinery and things were delayed. They knew of this problem but at no point contacted me so I could make alternative arrangements. I eventually got to speak to a manager who was apologetic but acknowledged there was nothing he could do to put this right. People use this service for special moments like birthdays, anniversaries, and in our case a funeral. It should be possible to use technology to let your customers know when you are not going to deliver on schedule when you have a production problem. I cannot recommend this service.

Good service and the ability to choose flexible widths is fantastic - every other company forces you to select standard print sizes which simply don't match digital images, leading to horrible cropping.

Quick service and good quality prints. The web portal is easy to use to upload files and crop as needed. Delivery by Amazon was better than the former Royal Mail service.

I made six or seven orders over a month or so and absolutely NOTHING arrived on time. One order was locked in a status of "processing your order" for weeks.

The order eventually arrived on 15th September after me phoning to see what had happened to my photos, the gentleman on the phone said the machine for 5” x 7” had broken down, then I get an email explaining totally the opposite. Plus when the photographs did eventually arrive they were the wrong size. 61/2” x 5”

Well the reel of film was blank. It had been years sitting in the bureau so had no idea what might be on it. We took another reel to a local film developer and to our surprise this reel was unused. They showed us the signs the reel was unused. what did this cost us? The price of a parking ticket as the local developer did not charge any cost. In fact they saved us alot of money as other film we had also proved to be unused!! Come on boots it's quite easy to see if a film has been unused.

Very happy with the end product. Just had a few issues arranging the photos on the pages. However one page, where I used the assistant, worked out perfect. The book arrived on time for a birthday present and the recipient was thrilled with it. It was worth the effort in compiling it

Two weeks to print three 6x4 prints!!? And still waiting

I am waiting for nearly two weeks on three simple photos and nothing is happening! The customer services is useless and does not care about finding a solution but tells me to wait. You are printing a photo, nothing else, why is this so complicated?!

I haven’t received any photos as yet and it’s been over a month so I can’t really leave a review apart from the service is very slow. I haven’t been kept upto date either regarding the processing or delivery date.
