Late delivery. Poor complaints process.
Delivery came late so I couldn't give it to my daughter as a leaving home gift.
Nobody at Boots is bothering to pay any attention to my complaint or taking any responsibility. I'm getting random emails, once a week asking for information that is irrelevant to my complaint. I suppose it makes Boots think it's taking some action.
I used to work for Boots when it was a good company. It's now just awful!

Never will I use this service again! When I placed an order for 1 printed photo in a frame…I didn’t think it’d take 2 whole weeks to receive! Very poor in this day & age!!
