Hi BR,

We’re truly sorry to hear about your recent experience and appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.

For your reference, our Production Time takes about 7–10 business days on average. After production is complete, your order is handed over to one of our shipping carriers. At that time, we generate and send you the tracking code. The shipping carrier then delivers the package within 2–3 more weeks, so the total Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) can be up to 3–4 weeks.

We understand that delays and the damaged item you received were frustrating, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it:
- The carrier may have placed it in a more secure location, please check: Mailbox/Porch/Garage/Any areas out of potential weather hazards/Exterior doors and anywhere the package can be placed.

- Check with other people in your home who may have accepted it or your neighbor who may keep it for you.
