You reported that the parcel was water-damaged in transit before Easter weekend, and the feedback was that it would be returned to your depot for repacking and then resent to me. It's now into the 3rd week and I haven't received the parcel yet.

Our most sincere apologies, you are 100% correct. The carrier sadly did let us know the package was damaged, and we were strugging to get the unit back from them.
The good news though is that the packing is currently out on delivery and we expect to deliver to you today!

We take customer feedback exceptionally seriously, and do our best to offer a service for customers where we make books available that normally would not be available in SA.
To be able to do this, we import all our books on demand from the USA. This sadly does take some time, as we need to source the book - ship to our USA warehouse, then package and ship to our SA warehouse, and then dispatch to the customer.
From the communication, it appears you are upset as you wanted to walk in and collect the item the same day. As we do not keep books in stock in SA, this sadly wasnt possible. For this reason, we make our delivery times clear on all product pages, during the checkout process as well as the order confirmations.
