Shop updates their profile on Facebook but does not answer customer messages.
Ordered a book in September 2025. A month later nothing had arrived; since then I have sent several emails and even messaged them on Facebook. No response at all even after a week between each message. Yet meanwhile, their Facebook page still puts up new engagement-farming posts. If this is not simply fraudulent it is the most atrocious customer service of any bookshop I have had the misfortune to patronise.
