Speedy response for cancelling and rebooking at different airport due to flight schedule changes.

I have used FHR many times and find the booking process very easy. Their prices compare very well and their customer service is excellent. I can highly recommend them.

This was the first time I've booked airport parking through FHR so I don't have a lot to go on but I had to cancel and was fully expecting the runaround and rejection and the loss of £50. To my surprise Alanna sorted out my problem within an hour and therefore I will book my next airport parking through FHR.

We received a Fantastic service from start to finish. Calls, emails and queries were very well & VERY professionally handled - special mention Alanna & Arun. The parking offers comprehensive Security: not only is there CCTV monitoring, there is manned security, and a secure entry and exit system. Their IT system is also quite spot on, because the lady (Karen?) was able to correctly pinpoint exactly when emails / info was sent out to me. We retained our car keys which is what we wanted. Shuttle service drops off at Hatton Cross. The driver explained that earlier the drop offs used to be to the Terminals, but this was changed due to the long times it could sometimes take owing to traffic congestion @ Terminal approaches. This was slightly inconvenient for us as we had 4 x suitcases, but we managed, and the overall service & facility made up for it. Thank you Allegiance Park and Ride!
